"This restaurant is attached to Hotel Les Santolines and is run by the brother of the sister that runs the hotel but that aside there isn't a formal link, e.g thi is not where the hotel guest have their breakfast. The terrace looks out over the pool of the hotel and is pleasant. The service here is satisfactory but the food, whilst reasonable, is nothing to write home about. Everything on the Cote d'Azur is expensive which one has to accept but then you certainly become more conscious of the need for, if not a 'wow' factor, then at least something memorable and this restaurant didn't meet either requirement. My soupe de poisson was, frankly, tasteless and thin. I have had better out of a jar and the duck to follow was fine but the orange sauce was again bland and limited in quantity. Presentation was, as is normally the case, very good but we would like to have been more excited by this place as we were staying at the hotel and would have used it more if we'd been more impressed. The wine list was decent but the wine we originally chose was out of stock, however, the alternative suggested was very pleasant."

We had a lovely diner, it more high standard cooking. A little bit overpriced, but that's St. Maxime for youIf you sit outside, you can here the cars on the busy road.

It was nice, nothing really extraordinary but much much more than average. Place is very clean, has a nice view. People working there are friendly and try their best with English. Its a little expensive but worth it definitely.

Great dishes by the poolside restaurant, got to try the st Jacques an lotte( monkfish) as well as the foie gras. Doesn't seem to get very full but this guys food is worth finding in st Maxime especially when much of the stuff in town centre is much of a muchness.

The restaurant is just outside the city center, inside the Hotel "Les Santolines", and we had a very nice and quiet dinner, near the swimming-pool, with well prepared dishes. We had very tasty grilled fish called "Beaux yeux", accompanied with delicate sauces and vegetables, and as a dessert, wonderful "îles flottantes aux agrumes". The place certainly deserves a visit!

The wood-roasted mussels baked on the wood in foil are absolutely delicious and I have tried to do them myself and failed to capture the delicious flavour, so we will be going back! The service was friendly and polite. Lovely spot by the pool and despite being near to a busy road you don't hear the road once you're inside the courtyard.Make a point of going here, it's worth the stroll away from the mass tourism in the centre of town.

We visited Le Sarment de Vigne in July as returning customers, during our summer holiday on the French Riviera, and also this year we we were not disappointed: we had a quiet dinner near the swimming-pool based on fresh Mediterranean fish with a delicious garniture of vegetables and vegetarian sauce, and a dessert we certainly recommend called "Brioche perdue". Ophélie et Philippe, who run the restaurant, are always welcoming and helpful. A place to discover near the "Plage de la Croisette".

This restaurant is amazing. We went here 3 nights in a row, and usually don't go anywhere multiple times when traveling. It appears to be a family run restaurant, and no one doing the serving speaks English. It would be best to download google translate if going to this restaurant, but the language barrier should not stop you from going. The restaurant is also about a 15 minute walk from the centre of town, but on the main road along the water, so very easy to find. The service is friendly and great, and the food is not to be missed. The lamb chops with thyme were my favorite. The red wines were all very good, take their suggestions. The only dish that I found not super flavorful was the bul...

"Had lunch there for my 40th birthday with my wife and my 5 yo son : we had a wonderful time, just what I expected for my birthday . The terrace is located in the hotel La Residence de la Pinede so the location and service are perfect, the top notch maître d 'hôtel is superbly seconded by his staff, there really is nothing more to say than perfect when they successfully create a relaxed atmosphere in a 5 location with amazing food. Let 's be clear on something: don 't go there if you 're on a budget because you 'll end up frustrated, you want to chose what you wish to eat and drink not what you can . If we 're ok on this part let 's move forward. That have a formula (95€ with the degustation menu that also includes the loungers on the beach if you wish to enjoy the private beach of the hotel or their pool. We ordered a La carte because we didn 't feel like eating that much and preferred more options for our lunch. A little bummer there : you end up paying more but the loungers are not included so we end up paying 140€ for two of them. We didn 't let this waste our precious stay but it 's not very classy on their part. My son had the pasta (many choices including penne, fettuccine, spaghetti... with bolognese sauce, they 're the BEST I ever tasted and with a 5 yo I 've tasted a lot of them in many locations (including luxurious ones . We shared an entree of smoked salmon and tarama, the salmon was really good, the kind of salmon you expect when they have a real chef orchestrating his kitchen : fresh and delicious. I, then had ravioli filled with ris de veau and foie gras swimming in a sage leaf pool, it was magnificent and I never order foie gras because I don 't enjoy it that much. You have many bread options, we had the fougasse and it was delicious. The champagne list by the glass is amazing : we had Dom Perignon and Krug rosé, definitely pricey but you don 't look at the price when you can get so many options (the sommelier had 5 or 6 options of champagne by the glass for me , you have more classic options too but I was so happy with the ones I had . I was the only one to have desert : a soufflé aux myrtilles with a liqueur de sureau, I was in shock tasting it . We then stayed on the beach and enjoyed the heated pool that was sooo warm after the hotel de Paris 's cold pool. Overall if we forget the bummer of the loungers that are included on the menu but not if you go à la carte and spend a lot more I give them 6 and will definitely come back"
