In dessert, crispy tile, lemon and raspberry cream, lemon sorbet for one and badian pineapple carpaccio, coconut dacquoise, passion sorbet and potato tile for the other. The whole accompanied by a saint Roman of Alain GRAS.All this was excellent, service without reproach, pleasant frame."
