My husband got the 20 and 25 euro fixed menu- the food quality was wonderful and the value is very good. We got lamb curry and chicken (tandoori) curry and both were full of flavor. The samosas were nicely done, too. For dessert, rice pudding (yum) and frozen nut icecream (really delicious). EXCELLENT service.

The food was good, the service was fast and very friendly. Despite being located in a very touristy place, they had many locals dining during our visit, and the prices were adequate. Some meals were average (mixed pakora), but some were delicious (agneau tikka massala, kulfi). It is a good place if you like Indian food.

The service in this restaurant was very slow. We had to wait 15 minutes after finishing the first course before the main course was served. And they got it wrong.The food tasted good, but not great. I have had much more tasty food in other Indian resturants. One big plus for the nan bread with cheese. This you just have to try.

I strongly recommend this Pakistani restaurant to anyone wanting to take a break from the excellent but slightly repetitive local cuisine in this city of fine food. Very reasonable prices, friendly owner, and I would have licked the plate clean but you don't do that in public. Great people watching in this narrow Marais street too.

I visited this restaurant yesterday lunch time with my husband, 10 year old and 16 year old. It was not busy so we were able to get a table straight away. The staff were very attentive and friendly and keen to speak in both French and English.The menu had a lot of choice and they also did specials. The food was very nice and the portions were plentiful.Very fast service and it was a lovely restaurant.

A nice quiet haven from the tourist filled streets outside. You are welcomed and given menus within a minute of arriving. The food for both of us was not only delicious but to our experience , very authentic and fulfilling. It does not claim to be a starred restaurant but when you are touring it is a very safe bet you will get a delicious and satisfying outcome for your midday meal and a bill that leaves you happy in the knowledge thatyou have plenty left in your budget for dinner.

Listen, I can't fault this restaurant. It's not haute cuisine, but it's a good change of pace from the regular French bistro food, and I was craving something with Asian flavours. The formula menu is a reasonable price for Paris, I had a meat kebab, a chicken curry with rice and my favourite dessert, gulab jamon. All were fine, and the portions were more than reasonable, they were huge. Washed down the quarter-bottle of wine, and served up by extremely friendly and efficient wait staff, this was just fine. In another city, I might rate this just average (as the South Asian food was tasty, but not out of the ordinary) and some might find it a little expensive for South Asian food. But locatin...

We see looking for something different and found it here in this great Indian. Normally French curry lacks any sort of resemblance to an authentic curry but the curry here is delicious and can be adjusted to your 'heat setting'. I ordered Lamb Kashmiri but wanted added spice. The staff were lovely and agreed that the delicate French palate is not normally ready for the delights of cuisine from Madras etc. He said they would be happy to make a hotter version. We had starters of onion bhaja and pakora, poppadoms pickles etc. Then each of us had a main course with rice or chapati and nan bread.
