Déçu Car le cadre avais l'air sympa et une très bonne odeur de grillade mais cependant jeudi dernier Avec la famille nous y sommes allée pOur 13h15 Ét hélas le serveur As vite monté les marches en nous disant que la cuisine été fermé .... dommage de fermée en période estivale pour 13h15...

Consigliatoci dall'albergatore ha soddisfatto ampiamente le aspettative. Locale piccolo e molto spartano con pochi tavoli ed in certi periodi prenotazione consigliata. Nel centro di Carcassonne (non nella cité mediavale) é di proprietà di due gentili signore francesi molto cordiali ed alla mano. Ci era stato segnalato per il miglior Cassoulet della città e debbo dire che mi sento di confermare in pieno. Tenendo conto che a inizio agosto a Carcassonne c'erano più di 35 gradi e il cassoulet è cotto su forno a legna, a vista nel locale, si è trattato di impresa quasi epica. Rapporto qualitá prezzo molto buono.Andateci!

This resto is maybe a bit off the beaten track but it was fairly close to our accommodation and is not too difficult to find. The most appealing aspect of L'Oeil is that offers hearty fare and is well patronised by locals. The women who...run it are knowledgable about local food specialties and local wines, with special bottles shown on a board and I strongly recommend that you push the boat out a bit; at about 15-18 euros, they are much cheaper than at home and offer possibly a new experience generally unavailable to you.
