"Located 5 minutes from the village of the goat sands, in cunnings, we find this hotel-restaurant that offers dinners with local evolved gastronomy.We stayed in this hotel to make the well-known route of the cares, a mountain route that borders the river cares from poncebos to cain, and so we dine here two nights. We share here the dishes that we could taste: Iberian ham croquettes, chicken doves with spiced ketchup, Russian salad with pretty goose and shrimp tortillas, the oldest taco with pad peppers, crunchy pepper of salmon and yellow curry with apple to cider and Iberian dam to par add that they served us appetizers on the two occasions: tigers (rebounded mussels) and nachos with guacamole (small fries and homemade sauce). desserts: chocolate pot and mint, version of cheesecake with blueberries and cider sorbet. All the dishes were spectacular. To drink, we drink wine, beer and water. The staff was very friendly, always very attentive and the perfect waiting times. Without a doubt, a unique gastronomic experience in the heart of the europa peaks. Super advisable!"

we stayed here for 3 nights and felt really delightful to stay here and gedimt to have a great base and home away from home in picos de europa. the room and bathroom are spacious, bedding comfortable, good hot rain shower, warm and efficient service all the time. we are looking forward to dinner every night, great food, don't miss them here.
