We wanted to try local alsacian specialties in the oldest restaurant in Strasbourg , and the food did not disappoint. The tarte flambè with the traditional bacon amd cheese, the Jambonneau braise à La bière, pommel de Terre sautéed, and local French sirloin steak were very good. The ambiance was rustic and traditional.

fallen by chance on this restaurant this Tuesday 02 August 2022 and super content of the services we have benefited from. arrival at 8:30 am - 9:00 pm we had the chance that the tables were released because we were 2 adults and 3 children. our server support was super fast with a great explanatory good and super beautiful seller. waiting for our aperios and our dishes was very short and of exceptional quality.
