"Went for lunch, ordered a la carte. Steaks were done properly and served on mushrooms. Peppercorn sauce was very thin but OK. Nice Chips. The lamb shanks were tender and tasty. Dessert was a little disappointing- the apple and pear tart would be nicer hot. The toffee crunch is small but tasty, so don't share it! Service is good and attentive."

Very good food for a Tavern but I can't expect anything less from one of the most classic areas in whole of England.

Ordered the burger. Added cheese on it. It was fairly decent. Nothing too spectacular. The fries were great though!!! Loved them!!!

friendly staff. not too busy as we watched a county game, but w helpful in any case. we chased on the squid and chips. excellent fish, the chips too and generous portions. really good for the center of london and a sports field

Mixed experience. Easy to book a table. Bar service was good. Table service very slow. Almost 3 hours to get dinner and a desert. Main meal was fantastic. Dessert was a mix. Eaton Mess was poor, but cheese board was fantastic again! Very small menu so bare that in mind.
