"Ordered home delivery. Received a mail saying 30 minutes delivery time. After 50 minutes I called and asked about where the food was. I overheard the guy answering the call, starting to shout at someone in the kitchen and it seems the food had been...forgotten. The same person (not very friendly) told Me someone would be over in a while. When asking when, he said “I am not sure when he will come.. maybe in 5 minutes” After one hour someone came by and quickly disappeared. When we opened the packages the pizza was ice-cold and hard, the lasagna was burnt and cold, and the tiramisu as per photo, swimming in a creamy sauce and as the rest of the food had been doing pirouettes in the delivery. Most likely the food had been standing somewhere for the last hour and was completely uneatable. We threw away more than half the lasagna as it was simply too burnt, we threw away the Tiramisu as the presentation simply made us loose the apetite. The pizza we could heat up and eat the inner part but it was stone-hard on the outside. Money completely thrown in the trash. Made a complaint with photos to luebeck@losteria.de . Noone even bothered to reply. Seems everything from delivery to customer service failed. Do youselves a favour, save your money and order from a professional place."

Large pizzas. Good quality and fresh. Great choices of pizza, pasta and meat dishes. One pizza enough for 2 people.

Stopped at this place for a night cap. The cocktails have no resemblance of the actual cocktail it's supposed to be. Service is non existence. Don't recommend this place for drinks. Didn't try the food, so maybe the pizzas are OK.

excellent pizza fantastic tiramisu. only bad was our waitress who chose to fight over tips with “What about my tips” and became almost threatening. we went right away and gave him no tips. By the way, he didn't. made a very good job that served us so suspected that he doesn't deserve any tips anyway.

sat for lunch, the service was not particularly great, the eating was certainly under the average. coffee, however, was very good. waiter service is not particularly friendly or professional, eating was terrible. we were quite hungry, so managed to eat a little and given the aura that of. the waiter, when I sent back bottle water (I still ordered and received sparkling) I really did not want to make a difficult scene about eating. it might have been dinner, but it was a quick and comfortable lunch break. I think this is not worth visiting. lübeck has much more to offer.

I visited this restaurant a couple of times. It seems very popular and is well patronised. As you would expect, it is noisy and somewhat hectic. The staff keep their friendly and courteous manner and service is good. I ordered a ham and mushroom pizza....The pizza was 46cm in diameter and overhung the plate by a long way. The crust was thin, the topping generous and the enjoyment immense. I question the hygene of the overhung pizza. On another night I had spaghetti carbonara. It was a bit dry but otherwise was good. The prices were quite reasonable. I recommend this place. Visualizza piatti

Getting hungry on a cold day in Lübeck, we saw a packed place and decided to try our luck. A short wait and we had a 2 person table. My wife had the Pizza Bò (Calzone) (picked for the Calzone and the Salami). Unfortunately the...salami was missing, but we were quickly offered a free dessert as compensation. My wife enjoyed her pizza, but missed the salami. I had the Zoodles Gamberetti, which was simply fantastic. The zucchini spaghetti was tasty, the piccante taste just right and the prawns wonderful. Highly recommended. Had the pizza been as promised, it would have been 5 stars. One minor complaint is that the kitchen does not coordinate the dishes, so mine arrived a good 3-4 minutes before...

we went on Friday to dinner, at the time of the place was 2/3 full. super fast and friendly service, but unfortunately this is the only positive part. we had a couple of ok drinks and ordered our food and wee when the drinks arrived. exactly 5...Minutes later our eating two pasta dishes and a risotto arrived. pasta was very al dente, some would say undercooked while sauces were quite simple. risotto in 5 minutes is in itself a really bad sign, but the rooms were soggy and the dish had little taste not really resemble risotto. only slow thing about the service, was the wee who arrived when we finished the half of the meal. the bill also arrived within seconds and the whole experience took lit...

"Luckily, Lübeck's old town is by no means poor at individual, perhaps even family-run cafes, which are not only branches of one of the dominant bakery chains, but also provide a much more personalized hospitality with their uniqueness and charm. I have already reported about a few, and in this collection, the Cafe Hansehof cannot be missed. The cafe is hidden in an inner courtyard that can be reached via the Wahmstraße. This location alone makes the cafe a secret tip for locals who long for a quiet time away from the crowds of tourists in the warm seasons, which of course come to the more exposed cafes. In addition to many seating in the inner courtyard, the interior located on two floors also delights the guest with a very lovingly designed interior, which has a lively and unique effect mainly due to many antique furnishings. This impression is also reflected in the mind of the operator pair. At lunch in May 2017, when I visited the Cafe Hansehof, the house owner Petra Roos took care of the service. The familial hospitality that she radiated on it immediately leads to a feeling of warm welcome that illuminates the mood and makes the stay all the more pleasant. In a nice conversation, I also learned that by 2015 she had already run a restaurant called Remise just a few houses away. After the termination of the lease, she (luckily for us Lübecker) remained the queen of the Hanse and has now found a new permanent place for her gastronomic heart project. In addition to cakes, breakfast arrangements and sandwiches, it is mainly an offer of many different hearty and sweet pancake dishes, which the Cafe Hansehof has written on the flags and has also become its flagship in Lübecker Gastronomy. These dishes also made me aware of the restaurant and should of course also be my food of choice. In the high north it certainly does not seem unusual that I chose a pancake creation with reference to the sea: a salmon pancake filled with smoked salmon, sour cream, fine apple slices, rag onions and some cream merrettich. (Please click on the picture to see it in the whole. I apologise for the not exactly good quality) salmon pancakes, filled with smoked salmon, sour cream, fine apple slices, rag onions and some cream horseradish. It was already noticed at the first touch that there was really thought about the composition and the court and this was prepared with just as much heart blood. The pancake dough was not too thick or too thin and made the filling tasteful space. There was no ingredient in this, but everything complemented each other in a very good relationship. The smoke aroma of the salmon, the light sweetness and acidity of the apple slices, the slight sharpness of the horseradish, the freshness of the Sour Cream and finally the bite through the onions. Only a small pinch of salt and maybe a few additional (maybe Dill suitable for salmon) would in my opinion be missing for a completely perfect composition. Even at the end of my visit, Fr. Roos concluded this with her great cordiality. After an interesting conversation about the pancake creation and their idea of specializing in such pancake dishes with the cafe, she actually didn't want to accept my tip because I was such a nice, friendly guest for you. Of course, I insisted on wanting to reward them for this great time in their cafe, but nevertheless: How often do you find such a hospitality nowadays? I just wish the Cafe Hansehof all the best and continued stability and success. I strongly recommend that everyone be convinced of the hospitality and the quality of food they have lived here. The cafe definitely deserves to be more than just a secret tip in the Lübecker Gastronomy ."
