"After our last visit it is time to write about Hotel Corsten. The Hotel Corsten is a family trip from Heinsberg. According to Mrs Corsten, she has been family-owned since 1921 and is now operated in the 4th generation. Centrally located, directly opposite the Heinsberg Gallery and the bus stop, the hotel is located in the heart of Heinsberg. The offer of Hotel Corsten goes through the common offers of hotels, including modern equipped meeting rooms with full air conditioning, various banquets, e.g. for high-rises, anniversaries and other occasions and events such as celebrations for the 90-year-old or other offers. Hotel Corsten is already known for business travelers beyond the borders. The service you receive is unique. The satisfaction of the guest is the first. Prices are fair and reasonable. There are offers such as the family brunch and the long sleeping breakfast. A steak house with the name Luke ́s Steaks more is also located in Hotel Corsten. The food was fantastic. Appetizer, meat (Tomahawk Steak, perfectly cooked) secondary dishes and dessert. Absolutely upstairs. The service was super nice. We'll be back. Thank you, Luke.

My husband and I had the steak, he had the file and I had the bump steak. They were boiled to a perfect medium, as we prefer, and very well seasoned. The steak pools were also good. Will definitely return.

"Vengo in questo ristorante almeno una volta a settimana ed ogni volta provo qualcosa di nuovo. È tutto buonissimo, non delude mai! Ingredienti freschi, piatti tipici di varie cucine orientali e sushi un po' sperimentale, davvero sfizioso.Buone le birre (prendete la Bolten's) e anche i vini sono onesti. La proprietaria gentile e sorridente, l'ambiente suggestivo (d'estate anche tavoli all'aperto). Andateci, non rimarrete delusi!"

"Wir bestellten hier für ca. 20 Leute zur Abholung. Und innerhalb 20 Minuten wurden die Gerichte frisch und super lecker Zubereitet. Das Personal ist unglaublich freundlich und zuvorkommend! Hier werden wir beim nächsten mal aufjedenfall wieder Bestellen den so leckere und saftige Gyros Pita habe ich bisher noch nie gesehen! Vielen Dank für ihren Service !!!"

"Wir waren auf der Suche nach einem guten Restaurant mit einer guten Auswahl an Fisch. Auf Empfehlung eines Bekannten und nach dem lesen der Rezessionen sind wir dann im O Portugiese Raposo gelandet. Ambiente: Ich würde es urig und für das Restaurant passend bezeichnen, aber..... Es war laut, zu laut. Ein Gespräch gegenüber nicht machbar. Ich habe so eine Lautstärke noch in keiner Kantine in der Hauptpausenzeit erlebt. Also nichts für Romantiker oder für Menschen die es mögen in leiser oder normal lauter Atmosphäre zu Speisen. Wegen der Lautstärke 2 von 5 Essen: Als Vorspeise gab es Stockfischbällchen und als Hauptspeise Garnelenspieße und Tintenfisch Garnelenspieß jeweils mit Chips dazu gemischter Salat. Die Stockfischbällchen waren sehr lecker, ganz nach meinem Geschmack. Der Salat war total verwässert und mit zuviel Essig abgeschmeckt. Die Garnelenspieße waren vom Geschmack sehr mehlig und schlecht gewürzt. Die Soße sehr pikant, was nicht in der Karte ausgeschrieben war. Leider für meine Begleitung zu pikant. Die Chips waren sehr hart da sie auch recht dick waren. Die Chips waren komplett ungesalzen. Der Tintenfisch Garnelenspieß war ungewürzt. Die Garnelen waren geschmacklich ok, ich hatte mir aber geschmacklich mehr erhofft, der Tintefisch war zäh wie eine Schuhsohle und nicht genießbar. Habe ein Drittel gegessen und mir den Rest einpacken lassen. Wenn man schon nicht wirklich mit Salz würzt sollte man zumindest Salz Pfeffer am Tisch haben. Wir waren sehr enttäuscht, am Nachbartisch hat ein Gast seinen Tintenfisch Garnelenspieß 2x zurück geben lassen. 1 von 5 Service war ok und ist auf unsere Kritik nett eingegangen. Uns wurde zur Entschuldigung noch ein Getränk angeboten was wir aber abgelehnt haben. 5 von 5 Fazit: Wir wurden leider sehr enttäuscht und werden nicht nochmal in das Restaurant einkehren. Es kann sein das der die Köche einen schlechten Tag hatten. Leider"

"the samocca is something that heinsberg misses: a cozy, local caffeine. I was hard to forgive 4 or 5 stars, but then I decided for 4. You can have breakfast here or drink coffee in the afternoon. Although the caffeine is managed by someone normally, it is also managed by people who don't have it so easy in life, and who don't manage life aid the day. Once you sit, and it is more space than the first look, it runs as follows: you get the menu on which all dishes, bread, coffee, tea etc stand and cross what it should be. For example Latte Machiato zimtaroma 1 croissant 1 bagel fresh cheese orange juice jam. only the cake is fresh from the counter because it changes and fresh. Unfortunately, a large order will forget something due to the huge menu."

"We drove all the way from Cologne because a friend said it was the best burger place around. I must say, it was worth the ride. The burgers are very good, there is a very large selection, the portions are big, there is a very large selection of sauces and dips and the staff is friendly.The only downside of this place is the location. It is located in a small remote town, and the place itself is pretty small. There are only 6-7 tables inside, and while we were there some people who came in were forced to do take-away because they had no free place to sit. But I understand that in summer time they also have outside seating, perhaps it is better to visit then."
