Mabel - Menu

I went there two times to have drinks. The cocktails are amazing (around 12-14 €). We also had a snack the second time. The sandwiches are delicious and will give you the courage to go for a second drink (or more...).

Hidden behind a grilled cheese sandwich store (very good ones actually) you find this bar with an excellent choice of rum and mainly rum based sandwiches. The staff is very welcoming and the atmosphere is very relaxed, friendly but due to it's hidden appearance quite exclusive.

The server was very helpful with the cocktail menu. He gave us recommendations and we were not disappointed. We were a party of 4 and all of our cocktails were delicious. 2 of the cocktails had to be poured by us, which we didn't mind at all. The grilled cheese were delicious too The pork one was my fave

Would you expect to find a grilled cheese sandwich in Paris, NOT a croquet monsieur? Don't thank so, but here it is and they are perfectly made. They offer other combos too like pulled pork with cheese. No frills, just good eats. There is a bar in a separate room that seemed quite busy so there is another option.

Great little bar in the back with a friendly knowledgeable staff about rum and their signature drinks. Didn’t eat a grilled cheese as we had just come from dinner but they smelled phenomenal and looked good as well. Drink prices on the high end but the atmosphere, friendly quick service, and low food prices make it worth it. Clean restrooms downstairs.

You like rum? Te gustan el ron? Tu aimes le rhum? Then the visit at Mabel is a MUST. No matter if you prefer it pure, on the rocks or in a spicy cocktail - the 137 different varieties of rum (my unofficial estimation) at Marbel will carry you off to the most exotic places of the world. And the super friendly, super competent staff will make sure, that you find your way back.

Spent several hours here with a friend and it was a great time. Barteneders was extremely helpful and nice. They gave recommendations and guided you to cocktails that matched your tastes. Ended up staying there after closing and ordered a bottle of champagne, the owner was extremely accomodating and allowed us to finish it tranquile. Great place, I wish them all the success!! If I am in Paris again, je retoure ici c'est sur!!

I am not an enormous fan of cocktails, but I recognise that Mabel makes very creative ones, the quality of which is probably among the top in Paris. Drinks aside, I'm giving this four stars because the ambience of the bar is a little aseptic. It's clearly a small restaurant space that's been transformed, fitted with mid-level mobile furniture. It doesn't feel very permanent or cosy, and the allotment of space makes it imperfect for circulation, groups, and conversation. The space is little off, but drinks and service are definitely great for those who're into cocktails.

We had a wonderful experience at Mabel while on our Honeymoon in Paris. Along with Copperbay, Mabel lived up to its excellent reviews that we read before going. Mabel sets the bar high in the craft cocktail scene for quality and originality. We tried several drinks while we were there, and they were all fantastic - great quality and flavor thanks to imaginative ingredient combinations. The Gaelic Buck stood out as one of the best rum drinks I've ever had. It was so good we ordered a second one before we left. And the Tu Seras un Homme, Mon Fizz was definitely the most unique cocktail experience I've had. It came with an egg yolk in an oyster shell with some BBQ-type spices on it. I was told...
