Mai-Thai - Menu

I've been here quite a few times already. The lunchmenu is small, but as it is lowpriced, it's just as well. The food is delicious and when not ordering..

I'm sorry, I wanted to eat there but as soon I came here I understood I could not stay and eat. The restaurant is stinking honestly. Like cat toilet or something but not possible for me and my husband to eat there

Excellent location, delicious food with reasonable prices and friendly staff! In the heart of the old town, close to the main sights: Cathedral, shopping area and the Rhine promenade. If you like Thai food, surely you’ll not be disappointed

The place smells of old urine. If a bar smells like that, I want it. I know how the kitchen takes it when it comes to hygiene This restaurant smells after old cat ****. If a restaurant stinks like this I even don't want to know how ... the kitchen enforces hygienic rules

We really enjoyed the meal as the dishes were not watered down to suit local tastes. As a family, we also enjoyed the ambiance of the place, and the service was fast and friendly. I am really glad that we discovered this place as the...Thai food served is pretty hard to match in the Cologne area. Will definitely return

We arrived to Cologne quite late one night so stumbled upon Mai Thai after a quick wander by our hotel. The place was busy, which is always a good sign. The prices were average and so was the service only servers for a full...restaurant. The food was definitely fresh and tasted fine. Not mindblowingly tasty, but perfectly acceptable

The of the and cologne is crazy! We ended up at the beginning of carnival which makes cologne a rather strange place to be. Restaurants were full with Teletubbies, bees, pirates and other interesting looking creatures. To find a restaurant was not easy...so we Enders up here. Safe choice as they had space, a varied menu and good service. All was delivered on time and tasted good. Everyone happy

Visited this month and considering its location right next to a Xmas market the prices were very reasonable and the food is some of the best thai food I have ever had. The satay sauce with the chicken satays is a stand out for me...personally but I enjoyed it all. You even get sauces with your meal, and when you order a curry I had the massaman the rice is included which at least for UK thai restaurants is unusual so was a welcome surprise. The staff were fantastic and the food came out very quickly, do yourself and favour and stop in here if you are in Cologne and want some good Thai eating

This Thai restaurant is located directly on the Heumarkt. On the Friday lunchtime we visited it was practically empty and rather on the dark and dingy side. But the welcome from the waiter was warm enough. I went for the prawn based Tom Yam Gung...spicy soup followed by the red beef Thai curry, Gaeng Nuea and boiled, partly sticky, rice. As dessert I had a small bowl of rambutan which I guess had come out of a tin. All very nice. My dining companion went for spring rolls followed by green chicken Thai curry and finished with vanilla ice cream covered in chocolate sauce a Snowball.
