Mam Mam - Piatti

Having been to Vietnam more times than I can remember, I know good Vietnamese food. And I can tell you, this is just that. They have the spices and herbs just right, leaving you satisfied and ready to come back the next day again!! I...only regret only finding this place on my last day in Bonn.

Super delicious food (had summer roll plus a vegetarian noodle dish) with plenty of choice. Prices are reasonable and the food simply yummy! The staff is friendly and attentive, the dining area nicely decorated though not packed and the chairs comfy. Definitely a recommendation if...you want delicious Asian food!

I have been here four times and I will go there again. They got a terrific cook there. My understanding is that he owns the place together with his wife who also cooks. Her treat is good, his treat is next to genious. Very fair...prices, main dish between and Euros. Last time I had two main dishes, two glasses of wine and a beer for plus tip. Friendly staff, light and fresh interior with ample seating outside. I had a chance to try only one dish, but it was fresh and tasty. The ginger and mint tea was wonderful too. However, scale your expectations of spiciness down, perhaps: two peppers score on...the menu was not spicy at all, compared to two peppers at some Indian restaurants. But perhaps it's normal in Germany.

mam mam is beautifully situated in the south of Bonner and offers Vietnamese cuisine. the dishes are tasty and tasteful, but sometimes they miss the little love to detail to really wake them. they have many vegan dishes, but they are not clearly marked on the menu. I have not checked with the personal when they know which are or can be veganized. they are all very friendly and since they cook fresh, I'm sure they would work.

We went there for Vietnamese food, was half disappointed. Food wasnt bad, just wasn't authentically Vietnamese. Paprika/bell pepper just doesn't belong in a summer roll. Drinks looked interesting on the menu, unfortunately mostly watered down. Place seemed newly renovated, located in nice neighborhood of Bonn...südstadt. This place is fantastic. I must admit to knowing nothing about Vietnamese food, but I do know that both my wife and I were delighted with this restaurant. The spring rolls are the best we've ever had and the main courses were even better. My wife had duck with sweet potato, whilst I had the chicken with coconut-curry sauce. They were superb. The waiter was also very attentive, friendly and efficient. We will certainly be returning regularly.

This stylish but cosy place in Bonn's old town has one of the best Vietnamese dishes. The bright rooms with the nice furniture make you wanna stay for several courses. Not only the food is delicious and made from high quality, they also offer fantastic...hand made lemonade! A must try! The authentic Vietnam adventure is created by a very sweet Vietnamese family, what makes the visit even more special and unique. I will be back very soon to try more of their menu Visualizza piatti
