"Not sure what's happened to Manis over the last year or so but the fall from grace is shocking!!! This will be the last time we use as had to throw most of the food away again. The kebab meat was SO salty it it was inedible. There was also very little of it, I may as well have ordered a coleslaw wrap as this was what 90% of the wrap consisted of. I also ordered some chicken strips. And yet again I may as well have ordered a box of garlic Mayo as any chicken strips I did have ended up swimming around in garlic mayo, there was that much they had to thrown away. Always used to be on point old Mani's but not any more I am afraid. Its such a shame to be honest. Oh well back to Popeyes I go ‍"

Was on a night out celebrating my mate’s 37th birthday, when we all needed a bite to eat. Had a tasty kebab served fairly quickly by friendly staff

I ordered a vegetarian burger and it was awful. It was severely undercooked, so much so that it was ice cold in the middle, and didn't have any toppings initially. When I asked for toppings, they added some freezing cold, raw onions and limp lettuce. I could only manage a few bites before deciding to throw the burger away.

Yesterday afternoon, we took a break from work to explore local shops in Salisbury. Our lunch from Mani's Foodbar was delicious, especially the Velociwrap. It was incredibly fresh, filled with ingredients, and held together well. The quality of the food makes supporting local businesses even more appealing. We will definitely be returning!

I love the fact I can order a kebab to be delivered for £10. No minimum order, big portions, delicious food and great service. A great treat at the end of the month when I’m a widowed mother of two girls and short on funds!! Thank you for letting me treat myself without great expense without any guilt. Keep up the great service and delicious food

Long day and stopped for a Donner wrap and ended up with chips and chicken in a burnt container and a kebab. I was not going to drive back but phoned and got no where so sent email and no reply. Really gone down hill. I was a regular customer with loads of rewards but reconsideration on going back. Plenty of other kebab houses willing to go the extra mile. If your not bothered what you get when had a drink then this is the perfect stop off. Very disappointed.

I am a frequent visitor to Salisbury and often order food for delivery. Recently, I decided to try Manis and ordered a large mixed shish kebab with sauce and fries. The delivery took longer than expected, but it was only £1 extra and the food arrived warm. However, I was disappointed with the quality of the kebab. The pieces of meat were very small and dry, and the pitta bread was half empty. The chips were decent, but overall, I was not impressed with the meal. For the price of £14.50, I expected better. Manis needs to improve their food quality to impress customers.

"We stayed here ten years ago and thought it was wonderful and worth every penny. We were so excited to return, but really Disapointed. The grounds are lovely and we were pleased with our room. The children loved the outdoor space and the pool What really let us down was the food and service. There was no luxury here. The family dining choices were poor. The children's meal was bad one had fish gougons and sweet potato fries which were very salty. The other two had pizza, the small was served as half a pizza, the large was a conventional round shape. Both were shop bought bases (cardboard) with grated Cheddar on the top. Something I would not feed them at home let alone expect in a supposedly high end dining. My husband's steak was chewy. My main, whole plaice with creamed potatoes, the potato was served in a ceramic dish and it was cold. It was taken away and then took ten minutes to return by which point I had eaten the fish. The food was incredibly expensive considering how poor the offerings were. The next day we ate a very late lunch in Bath so we would not have to eat at the hotel. The breakfast buffet area had some nice items but was really understocked and allowed to run to empty. The staff functioned but not at a steady rate, we found the service slow and the staff disinterested. Such a contrast to our previous visit. The person in charge we found sullen and felt as if our presence was an inconvenience. When we walked through to the dining areas we would hop out of the staff'so way for fear of being bulldozed. When we left the receptionist was polite but did not ask if we enjoyed our stay. A week later I had an email to complete a survey and nobody got in touch despite the same feedback as given here. Very dispointing. Lovely room and surroundings but poor food and poor attitude from staff. Last year we stayed in a hotel that cost 65% less than Wooley Grange and had a much better experience."

"We had a tremendously good lunch here today-the food was quite delicious, the staff were very friendly and helpful-I’d say it’s probably one of the best lunches I’ve had in quite some time….so to give you a clue we both had the pork-this sounded really lovely and we were not disappointed-pork belly, tenderloin,a faggot and a ham hock croquet with mashed potato and roasted cauliflower with a delicious jus and a slice of pickled apple( which I ate immediately with a piece of pork and when the waiter came to ask how our lunch was I asked if he could possibly get me another piece-which he did For dessert we shared the passion fruit crème brûlée which came with a passion fruit sorbet and some chocolate soil…..the focaccia we had at the start of the meal was superb and the coffee was also excellent -we do enjoy both cooking and eating-one of life’s pleasures and it’s abundantly clear the chef absolutely loves food too-a great display of cooking books from the greats sort of got me thinking it would be a good lunch…….also worth noting the drinks menu-some lovely wines, soft drinks and cocktails both alcoholic and non alcoholic. I finished off with a mocha which was hot chocolatey but not too sweet. Bradford on Avon is most definitely worth a visit and I’d say you would be foolish to miss out on a great experience if you didn’t also pop in to the bunch of grapes for some sustenance while there… Thanks for lunch and as Arnie says “ we’ll be back”….."
