"During a very busy time in Bath because of the Christmas market, this place was a little bit of calm, The customer service at MANTRA was exceptional talking through the dishes and even given exceptional recommendations, do not eat here if you are in a rush because they are extremely busy which I feel speaks volumes about the food however the ambience of the restaurant was maintained, the food was served hot and delicious. A great atmosphere and a very lovely chilled evening, I will definitely be returning"

we eat regularly in Indian restaurants in london, but I can honestly say that this was the best Indian food we had for many years. a fabulous experience.

The restaurant kept us waiting for 15 minutes before seating us at our pre booked table. They then kept us waiting 25 mins before taking our order this was only after we threatened to leave. The kitchen appeared to be more interested in their deliveroo orders than the clients in the restaurant . We won’t be returning!!!!

the service and the spatialities were very bad, the staff was shameful and did not seem to have any idea what they did. the ground floor of the restaurant was dirty and urgent in the necessity of renovation. the toilets were dirty. the icing on the cake has been found after they have a food hygiene of two. cannot imagine why they do not want to display this in the window! and incredibly they added a service fee to our bill.
