Pretty poor service, ordered via the drive through £19.00 order 9/1/24 waited in the drive through area and was clearly forgotten about. Eventually after 15 mins given the food with no sorry, nothing pretty poor customer service I think. Got food home (approx 3 mins drive away) all of the food was cold. Had breakfast here and it was very good. Convenient as we were staying at the Premier Inn Hotel next door, so we took it back to the room. Food was all hot and tasty except for the pancakes and syrup, they were a bit disappointing as were a bit chewy and perhaps overcooked? Anyway, it was quite good and we experienced no problems with the staff or our orders.
