Worst meal I've had here in a while, waited 2 plus hrs for 2 burgers and fries. Had to get my drink replaced twice because it tasted like vinegar. The burgers were cold and hard and the fries were limp and stone cold. Ended up chucking the whole meal and drink away. What a waste of £10 odd. Absolutely disgusting place...food cold, overflowing dirty bins. Food all over the floor and left for people to walk through. Took meal back and waited for replacement but ended up asking for refund. All staff look like they are all still in school including the manager. If I could give no stars I would. Not the place it used to be.will not be going back. Can't ask for to much being fast food but friendly staff willing to help even though they are always incredibly busy. I enjoy this as a naughty treat sometimes downsides is they sometimes get your order wrong and the ice cream machine is criminal! But with how busy they are you can't be to funny about it.
