"A word of warning for you if you visit this drive through resturant check you've got what you've paid for. My wife and I got a couple of Mcflurry ice creams but as it was a busy drive through we didn't check them until we found somewhere to pull in to eat them.As you can see from the pictures the cups were only half full. I complained to McDonald's UK and got what looks like an automated reply telling me how they would let the manager know. I won't be using them again for a mighty long time. Someone else can take my money. Not the first time I've had **** service from this resturant."

Unwelcoming unknowledgeable staff serving like warm burgers with hot fries. Gents toilets overflowing with urine. Nice.

They regularly get the orders wrong and take a very long time to do it waited 15 minutes to get a wrong order today then had to wait another 10 for them to fix it. Soo much for fast food...

Worst burger iv ever eaten, really don't like leaving bad reviews but it was awful, enough said! Will never use again, was supposed to be a quarter pounder, my wife's one looked even worse!!!! Staff friendly food terrible

Picked up at the drive through only to find it stone cold when I got home. phoned and complained and was told I would get a refund but it would take two weeks. if Ididn't receive a refund by then could I send them a reminder. They wern't particulaly busy that evening.

A cheap and cheerful burger. The service was EXCELLENT and the server was so helpful with us using the electronic menu. It's typical fast food and if you are in a hurry its an excellent venu. I do not recomend the drive through as its high pressure. We used the Toys R Us parking and walked 5 mins to McDonalds.

Just visited Brighton hill drive through! 10pm, ordered a milkshake to the witness 2 workers one in a white shirt wipe my milkshake over with a dirty cloth then when I just told the guy in the grey top when he went to hand me the milkshake and I said no chance What I just witnessed I got the most dirtiest look from the both of them absolutely disgusted!

If you go through the drive threw and they ask you to park up and wait for your order there is no where to go. Only two badly placed spaces that were taken. By time I had tried to reverse into a space and I was blocking other people coming out the drive threw I have a large car just as I got into the space the food came out. Found the whole thing very stressful. Needs re designing.

McDonalds Drive Thru located on retail park, the restaurant has no immediate parking and you have to park in the retail park and walk back if you're going in to sit down. All ordering is by digital screen, there is a small amount of seating but not loads, this is geared towards takeaway drive thru. Food was reasonable, standard McDonalds fayre really. Toilets clean. Handy for the M3.

"Visited today for lunch and probably wouldn't rush back although I'm aware there's recently been a change in management so maybe a few teething troubles. Messaged via their Facebook page to book a table, no response. Never was a problem in the past. The pub was very cold with no heating at all so we had to keep our coats on. Several tables near us commented the same and all sat with coats on. The coffee machine was out of order so only instant available, which wasn't pleasant. We waited a long time for someone to come and take our food order, in the end I went and found someone. Two of us wanted the steak ale pie. Only then were we told it wasn't available. The chap said we should've been told when we were given the menus, well it was him that gave them to us! With that he said he'd give us a few minutes to choose something else and walked away. He didn't come back so I had to go and ask to place our order again. At no point did anyone ask if we had any food allergies, which I thought was a requirement these days? The food was really good, credit to the chef; it was well cooked, well presented, large portions and very tasty. We did notice that two other tables waited a very long time for their food and had to chase it up, so glad we ordered when we did. We would have stayed longer and had a dessert but it was so cold we couldn't relax and enjoy it. We were next to radiator and we did ask one of the waiters if it was possible to turn it on and he said he'd see what he could do, which was nothing as it remained stone cold! When our plates were taken we asked for the bill, but it didn't arrive. Eventually a young lady arrived with the card machine and asked us to pay, which we said we'd be delighted to do once we received our bill! When we left we walked past 3 different members of staff, all of whom had waited on our table at some point during our visit. Not one of them made an effort to say thank you or goodbye. There was no warm ambiance or friendly feeling in the pub, it felt cold (literally) and unwelcoming. I also felt that a couple of members of staff waiting on tables looked rather scruffy, none of them wore a logo'd t-shirt which I feel the staff should do as they're representing the pub or brewery. It was difficult to distinguish the staff from the customers!"

"wow! first line. we were in the hayloft last night. the room was speculative, as there were no conceivable dust particles in the room/pub. the super comfortable king size bed was amazing, it was so hard to get out! the room ' tasty decor was accompanied by stylish fittings and fittings throughout the room. as in all areas in the pub is the love of detail phenomenal. our three course evenings were raised, we both had skalopps to start, steak and confit ente for net and the life-changing chocolate mousse for plucking. simon, jason and team are beautiful, welcoming, professional and contemplative, a real pleasure to stay in this wonderful facility. many thanks again for the care around us, we really loved it. emeline and neil"

"I have been dining out frequently lately, so I decided to try a local takeaway called Grillz. The interior of the restaurant was very clean, and I had high hopes for the food. I opted for the Supreme kebab, which was a combination of doner, chicken, and halloumi priced at £12.95. Unfortunately, the doner meat was dry and seemed old. The nan bread provided was a small pita that was hidden beneath the meat, and it was stale and tough, not resembling traditional nan bread. It was disappointing that the bread and doner did not meet my expectations, as the chicken and cheese mixture was quite tasty."

"Stopped for a pint. Very slow service for drinks. We were then moved on from our table even though it wasn't reserved as a group was coming in! . We arrived about 3.30 on Fri 22 Dec 23. Only about 8 or so others in the bar. It was our second round which was cocktails that took forever. Service: 3 Location: 4 Hotel highlights: Quiet"

"First time having lunch out after the lockdown and surely it's a great one in here! We just find this pub from our search on the nearest pub as we are in the area. Great atmosphere and the fact that the chef check on the customer herself deserve an A! We had the sharing platter and the taste were just marvelous. The green curry there just amazing (did ask for extra spicy from the chef and she attend to it). Whoever crave for some authentic Thai food we totally recommend it!"
