"Me and my friend could find this restaurant easily in the dark evening due to the lighted logo, which makes for a great sight. I was able to use my employee account to get a free McPlant on the app and a McCafe drink that counts for a buy 5 get 1 free offer, separately using the discount to purchase a 6 McNuggets meal for my friend. The McPlant was delicious and the tea had been served at a strong heat, all being given to me at a well presented counter by friendly staff. It was clean in the restaurant and the lights are unique, but waiting 5 mins for a meal was not fast like it's expected and my friend's cup had dirt on the side."

The staff is so slow that customers either have to wait a long time for their food or end up missing part of their order.

Food constantly missing when collecting and having it delivered. Far too much salt on a child’s happy meal chips, couldn’t let my niece eat them.

Waited an eternity for a click and serve order. When it arrived the order was wrong and took another 10 mins to correct by this time the rest of the food was cold. Avoid at all costs.

The drive-thru at this restaurant is consistently slow. The quality of the food is not up to McDonald's usual standard. To make matters worse, my order was incorrect. I had to wait a long time to go inside and have it corrected.

We ordered 2 orders of 20 chicken nuggets and 2 large fries. The order was taken quickly, but the fries were missing. We ordered 4 items, but only 2 were delivered. How does this happen? Fries are a standard item on the menu, not a rare or mythical item. This restaurant chain has been serving them for decades. It seems like this is a common issue based on other reviews.
