Never been disappointed in the many years going to the Megna Tandoori. The new waiters are very friendly efficient have settled in nicely bonding together recognising the restaurants regular customers.

We have used Megna in Englefield Green for several years, predominantly for take aways. I noticed there is a reference to Abdul from another testimonial written by a customer. Abdul has always been a wonderful individual, who normally delivers the food himself to our home. We will miss him!

Food was insanely good but the portion was tiny for an Indian take away. It came in the same container as the rice and we were expecting it to come in a bigger container like other takeaways in the area. Very sorry for this review. I dont like writing reviews on small family places, however after eating here, keen to share my experience. Quality of food is very poor and overpriced. Not tasty and small portions. Pretty sure the food was nor prepared fresh, however cant confirm that. I wouldnt eat here again and discourage friends/family to do so also. Sorry Megna.

We ordered a takeaway. It has to be the worst Indian I have ever had in my life!!!! Everything was old and cold, even though my husband was waiting for over half hour to get the food it was still cold! Even the garlic bread was stale. The chicken was as beyond dry and definitely few days old. The sauce was thin with no flavour. The best part of the meal was the poppadoms.

Went to Megna Tandoori Indian restaurant last night Sunday 1st Oct with my wife. The food was as usual delicious with efficient service by friendly staff. We were saddened shocked when Abdul the head water told us he was leaving that night. Abdul had worked at the restaurant for over six years it wont be the same without his expert, friendly manner in which he dealt with all the customers who I'm sure will feel the same as us.
