"I can't go enough about this place. I'm a texan in the outland, and although we don't miss much, texas bbq is one of the things that we're lovingly missing. the dallas pecan lodge alum, jeff, makes a very well articulated set of bbq with seasonal offered for pages. I wasn't too disappointed, there were no drills. Finally, I would expect nothing less in paris. you could smell the place on the street, and my mouth poured before I ever got in. the ripening had an amazingly tasty chest and fell directly from the bone I stand, they took it, the brisket was exactly the right amount of fat and tender and juicy, and the drawn verdigo was divine. the potato salad had some meat in it, which was an unexpected but beautiful touch. everyone at this place was welcoming and took the time to understand my excitement, although we were in the midday break. the master dug himself even required a conversation and a photo op after the haste was over. we'll see you next time in town!"

By far one of the best culinary experience in my life. A meat that melts in the mouth and this taste of smoky...terrible! We'll go back if we go back to Paris. We'll close the line, not even fear! Because in the end you don’t wait so long, their system is pretty well connected:

melt lives up to its name, the meat melts in its mouth and the brisket is amazing. our last night, tonight, will come back. delicious meat, beautiful and smokey. most of the no 5 star reviews are from Americans who are spoiled for choice with the world class bbq to home, they don't let it out, best bbq I in Europe on a long way!
