"We ate here while staying overnight. Really can't fault any of the food. I had a chicken club sandwich with fries, while my husband had roast duck in port with potatoes. When we saw the size of the duck with potatoes, we thought it was a very small portion for the price of €16.50, however, my husband couldn't eat it all, even though he really wanted to. The club sandwich was huge and I got a big portion of fries as well, it cost €10 and again, I couldn't eat it all. The white wine I had was €4 for a large glass, it was beautiful and well worth the price. My hubby had a pint of beer for €3 and he said it was nice. We were seated and served quickly, the staff were all lovely.The breakfast was very nice as well, so much choice. There was bacon, sausages, scrambled eggs, toast, different bread and buns, cold meats and cheeses, croissants, fruit and jams. Plenty tea, coffee and juices available as well. It was buffet service, so you could have as much as you wanted. Again, the staff were lovely. I really can't fault anything and I would recommend to anyone staying here."

We experienced a good and friendly service during our dinner. The food was good, according to the expectations of a 4star hotel, but no more than this.

We had an excellent meal at the Mercure for our group, the food was attractively served with hot plates! Service very good, lovely atmosphere, would recommend it.

After waiting 10mins in the restaurant for a table I gave up and went and dined elsewhere in Hamm which was very difficult to find on a Friday night surprisingly !!

We just went through and it was a nice stop. After tradition in the small town of Germany everything is closed on Sunday... Also the hotel restaurant... We were very hungry and had to eat at Burger King because even grocery shops are closed.

We stayed overnight as two couples and entertained some family to a meal in the restaurant. Rooms were clean, modern and comfortable. The restaurant offered a good menu and the food was all very good. Staff were helpful and friendly. Location was excellent in the centre of Hamm close to shopping and transport. Good short stay hotel
