"Being 9 people in our party we have to book unless you chance getting 2 tables together having been to san lucar many times we have never eaten in the Lantero restaurant before so we took a chance The staff are more than helpful as well as friendly and showed us the specials that were available for the day. Three of our group decided on steak from the fridge as a result of this attention to detail The food was great and well presented. The steaks were cooked exactly as we wanted which isn’t always the case on the continent. We do like our steak rare which some don’t understand The wine was excellent too I would recommend this restaurant."

Ahora han cambiado la carta, hay menos tapas y tampoco tienen la falsa croqueta de morcilla que pido recuperen porque estaba buenísima. El trato y la atención siguen siendo muy buenas.

Este restaurante es muy bueno y acogedor, el personal es amable y la comida que de gustamos muy buena. Unas alcachofas a la plancha muy ricas, y los langostinos igualmente a la plancha muy bien hechos... Repetiré.

We enjoyed the food (fish and seafood based) and we had good service. We particularly liked the Barbadillo red wine. Mi experiencia en Lantero no podía haber sido mejor. No es casualidad que todos recomiendan Sanlúcar de Barrameda para comer un buen pescadito. Pedimos salmorejo, cazón en adobo (el mejor que he comido y lubina. Todo estaba tierno y sabroso, además las raciones no nos dejaron con hambre y los camareros eran muy simpáticos. 5/5 :

Otros dos años y volvemos a este nuestro restaurante preferido de Sanlucar, amabilidad, empatìa y buena cocina. Al ser un lugar muy frecuentado las dos veces que fuimos pedimos reserva con antelación ya que es verano y está a tope. Comimos tosta de aguacate con anchoa, croquetas de jamon iberico (de fàbula), ventresca de atun, papas con melva, langostinmos (super frescos) una vez cocidos y otra a la plancha, (sensacionales ambos), jamón y un queso de Zamora muy gustoso. Es un placer comer en este establecimiento muy familiar y acogedor con una terraza de lujo
