"The place is unique and I guarantee you won’t find any similar in Teruel. We were here two years ago and now we wanted to try again after the change of the locations. I felt from when we arrived till we left the waiters made a huge effort on making us feeling comfort. They did an absolute great job! Combined with our high expectations of the food they chef delivered too! We found the theme of using all part of the Tuna super cool and the food was very tasty. We started with the octopus having 4 small tapas. I must say the croquettes with ham is by far the best I ever had in my entire life in Spain! Next up was a dish looking like ham slices with crispy toasties and butter but what it really was tuna slices, butter made of the fat of the eye and the bread thin crisp and delicious. Very surprised by the look and flavour highly recommended. Then we went to have the mushroom of the season in some kind a cream, oh my this dish was warm and so full of flavour. Before getting to the dessert we jumped into to the wagyu osso buco it was tender and perfectly cooked a heavy dish but the chef abs staff managed to serve it in a size that was spot on for 2 not too much or too little. The dessert I wouldn’t say we were as high about as all the dishes the look was great really inviting chocolate dessert with ocean theme however a little small and I would say flavour and experience was very standard compared to the rest of the country. Important to say I it didn’t disappoint it was just not at the same level as the other dishes. We will be back soon for sure. Highest recommendations from here."

If this place does not get a michelin star in a years time I will be shocked. Everything was brilliant, the food, service and chilled atmosphere. The way they combined Asian and Spanish flavours was magical.

We booked in this restaurant the new year meal and a great success. quality of gender. very correct ratios. attention of staff very pleasant attentive and professional. a restaurant different than usual. We taste various dishes to share ,within so specialties, with tuna red , wagyu and cow gallega . a show on each dish and an excellent job in each . correct prices to the enjoyed. to repeat and recommend.

We were several couples and we asked for everything in the middle, there were very good things, some excellent and some very normal. We did not get the service, they try to look like a service of more quality than they offer, although changes dishes, cutlery and glasses to each change of wine, or dish, the waiters tried to leave the covers with their correct order on a peana for the menester, but if any were ill placed, they did not switch.
