"The restaurant looked almost booked online but was very quiet when we arrived (6:30pm on a Tuesday). Atmosphere was not lively or fun we were sat in the back area and it was actually really quiet which felt awkward. The service was fine, but the food was below expectations. We ordered several rolls and felt the fish was only average on all four rolls. We would not return."

When we arrived, they had no record of our reservation from Open Table. Then, when I showed our confirmation , they did a good job in trying to get us seated although the restaurant was very full. What do you think happened that they had no record of our reservation?

"We've been in the mailbox several times. The food is getting worse and worse. Only mediocre cuisine. I'd better get that home. Operation is pampering. Don't come by for a quarter of an hour. Or there are several hand signs, but there is nothing. In an event on live music in the beer garden, guests at some tables have always at least. 30 min waited. that someone picks up the beverage order. When we were finally able to order something, this was taken up in a bad way. When we politely pointed out that at the other tables the guests have been waiting for exactly so long, the service broke in front of them in the ugly tone: then they have to wait until they are there. Another guest got a drink when he wanted to order something to eat. There would be nothing at this event. He went back to that. One hour later, other guests in the beer garden had food. Amazing. Absolutely rude and unmotivated staff! And from a certain evening lesson, guests just don't get drinks so they're moving. Ordering food after 21.30 is a No Go anyway. You will be looked up to unbelieving, as the kitchen staff would no longer be busy at such a time. The cook then sits in the smoking room until 1 o'clock, but it is probably no longer allowed to cook for cost reasons. On the whole, a hearty disappointment. The only good is the location directly on the market. For this reason, the restaurant is still too well visited by travellers and many hardened regular guests. We had the impression that these operators simply do not need to serve the guests well! In the future, this restaurant will be avoided by us."

"The restaurant was already well filled at 6:00. The staff was attentive. The beverage order was quickly received. The menu did not offer great surprises, but was nicely opened as a bemmbüche . Regional home cooking, freshly prepared and delicious. We felt comfortable there. Very nice we found the playroom for the children. Since many families were for dinner, this has had a positive effect on the noise level. Children often don't sit as long as adults eat. Super that idea!"

"We had ordered a table for Saturday 7:00. Due to the spatial conditions and apparently completely booked restaurants, the noise level was very loud. The Italian music was hardly noticeable. Therefore, it was not possible for a cozy atmosphere. The food was very tasty. Unfortunately, we were shown the amount on the mobile phone without the individual items coming out of it. My husband's price was too high. After we once again asked for a conversation with the employee who had cashed, he realized that we had paid the wrong table, just € 20,00 too much. They apologized. That can happen, but it shouldn't. And I hope it was a single case. In principle, a cash receipt belongs to it. Apart from that, we like to come back."
