"Un oasis en medio del desierto. Sorprendente gastrobar escondido en las entrañas de Totana. La comida es espectacular. Jamás hubiese imaginado encontrar este tipo de cocina en un lugar así. Toques asiáticos con buen producto local y excelente atención. Los tamaños de las raciones son correctos, en su gran mayoría se permite pedir media ración con la posibilidad de degustar más platos. El precio es super-economico para la calidad y elaboración de los platos. Fue una recomendación de la que estoy muy agradecido y gratamente sorprendido. Si me pillase más cerca, cenaría aquí cada noche. Felicidades a todos el equipo de Trasiego Bar"

In the local only serve the tasting menu that is impermissible. still without being able to choose what is requested, the menu is perfect: varied, tasty and wide. "la verdad es que ha sido una buena experiencia para comer no esperábamos que estuviera aquí en totana había un lugar como ese también se pone elegante bien servido bien organizado. servicios limpios y accesibles, platos bien preparados y apetitosos bien presentados. El servicio rápido atento y excepcional parecía increíble. El único pero puedo sacarlo y eso no tiene nada que ver con eso es que los camareros no usan uniformes porque están limpios sólo para el restaurante. pero la atención ha sido maravillosa la muy buena comida sin ninguno, pero tanto las alcachofas como la ensalada de tomate y aguacate como los mejillones de fresa como los huevos estrellados con patatas y aceite de trufa, la merluza al vasco y el cordero en el estilo maria. de la misma manera los postres que hemos probado los giros soufflé de melocotón y torta de queso han estado hasta la altura o ser una maravilla. que hace la cuenta al final para cuatro personas han sido 113 € pero pagado con placer. la zona circundante se estaciona perfectamente como está en las afueras de la ciudad. Joto en frente del restaurante hay un pequeño parque en una plaza y tiene una terraza que sucede que ahora en este momento no está operativo."

"I know that this place has been run since many many years in Totana, and I think I can understand why ! When looking at this restaurant for the first time, with my french eyes, and outside of opening hours, you would wonder about this restaurant. And the feeling is incredible, again with french eyes, during opening hours. At night, the terrace is crowded with tens of locals...and you wonder how everybody will get some food. But...everybody gets great food, with an efficient service. This restaurant is (to me a typical spanish local restaurant, serving simple but perfectly cooked specialties, and you would like to try almost all of them. Every time, we ordered dishes to share, which I can comment. I saw some people ordering their own dish..;I believe they were good but can not comment. From the grilled fresh cheese, to the patatas bravas with garlic; I even did not know I would love potatoes like this (I am however not ready for the garlic... . From the grilled calamars to the costillas de cordero, always thin, perfectly cooked and salty, juicy, ... Do not forget the salads, the grilled vegetables, ... Some of our local friends ordered local specialties such as Morcilla, which I was not interested in...and they enjoyed it. Desserts are home made, and are great. On sundays sometimes, we order a takeway paella (Arroz for the family, and it is always perfect and excellent. The last paellas we had were with vegetables only, and delicious. Same for the ones we had with meat. Each time we have been there, this were great moments with friends and/or family, sharing affordable and delicious food, drinking cold beers by the 1 liter (or less bottles, and great and affordable wine... Not only I would recommend to go there, bu I am always pushing to eat there when we are in Totana. And finally, I understand that such a perfect, enjoyable local place is the place you would like to have everywhere, or at least close to our place."

"Al atardecer, punto de encuentro y refrigerio de ciclistas, motoristas y en general, de los que escapan o vuelven de una salida por la cercana Sierra Espuña. Aquí tienes la oportunidad de tomar una cerveza bien fresca y algo de picar antes de volver a casa. No defrauda, opción sin lugar a dudas! Además, ofrece carnes y platos de restaurante de postín para otras visitas!"
