"overall a good experience. we were happy with everything, but we had to wait for 30 minutes. it was very busy, but a nice atmosphere and friendly staff. the food was good and we didn't have to wait long as we had our order. some problems with the bill at the end of the experience. we were not aware that the prices of 11 o'clock change as they were not notified to us. but the manager gave us 20% for the inconvenience."

The hard-boiled eggs were delicious. Although the portion of the poached egg on avocado toast appeared small, it was surprisingly filling. The restaurant has a lovely variety of drinks, including eismocha and latte.

bouncers and security at the door are top-notch full of banta they kept me entertaining while I had waited to come in. the place is 24 hours, so it is perfect for the dessert. always busy at night and in the early morning hours.

Restaurant in Dorsett hotel. Very nice mains and starter, slightly let down by desert, but they did take one dessert off the bill. At £104 for 3 it is not that inexpensive but it was one of the nicer meals we had during our London visit. Visualizza piatti

Good food , the waitresses needs training, both of them. I sat down and it took her 10 mins to come over and take my order and she was just standing around. Clients come in, they want to order something, its not hard and you were not even busy ! The food was good however. Place let down by the staff.

For the first time , I had a terrible experience from arrival till departure. Waiters were very abrupt,my table was given to someone else when I went to use the bathroom despite me letting the waiter no in advance. The food was very average and cold.Waiters didn’t attend to our terrible until we repeatedly asked... Terrible experience altogether and I won’t be visiting again.

"The decor of the restaurant is really lovely. We were greeted as soon as we arrived. We placed our orders quite briskly. We received complimentary bread and olives, which was a nice touch. Our Bruchetta starter arrived a whole hour after we arrived, which was disappointing and far too long to wait for a cold and easy starter. The menu did not specify that the prawns on one of the bruschettas were raw! The waiter said service was slow because they were busy with Uber Eats and Deliveroo. Clearly not prioritising paying customers, who pay a 12.5% service charge, unlike online customers. Eventually, our main courses arrived. My pasta was only just cooked, so close to being undercooked and hard. They ran out of ricotta and replaced it with the tiniest amount of cheese so I asked for some more. Since ricotta was supposed to be the main ingredient of the dish. The tuna steak was lovely, and the veal could have done with a thinner breadcrumb batter. The sides, chips and zucchini, were £4.50 and very small portions for such a cheap side. So that was slightly disappointing. Overall, the pinot grigio white wine was very drinkable, and they brought tap water when we asked for it. And the whole staff were very polite. It was a shame the service was so slow, and the food could have been better for the price that it was. We also felt it was overpriced for the location it was, zone 2 London and not in the West End."
