Wow, I haven't ordered takeout many times before, but this restaurant offers fresh and delicate Chinese cuisine. The service was truly excellent. I especially enjoyed the lemon chicken, which was incredibly tender and fresh. My daughter, who is vegan, also found the menu options to be great.

We ordered food and I’m really disappointed and disgusted from what we got we payed over for rude service and staff and for the manger not to give our money back after we called and up and they said they would really disappointed I...would not recommend this place as it’s not worth your time absolutely disgusting. We visited Derby this week and decided to try a Chinese takeout. It comes highly recommended. The food was fantastic, incredibly delicious, not greasy, and the portions were generous, especially the salt and pepper chicken. It arrived quickly and was reasonably priced. We will definitely be ordering takeout from here again the next time we are in Derby. Thank you.

had in the run many deliveries of this takeaway but no longer. driver refused to deliver to the door, let me come on crutches into the road to collect two bags of food, sheer laziness. how to get two sacks. food on two ridges above? will be reused and not suggest to pay with the card when they do, at least with cash money they can get them away after they hide five minutes outside. I called in an order for pick-up and it was ready at the specified time. They had a variety of appetizers and main dishes, all bursting with great flavor. This was our first time trying out this restaurant/takeaway, but it definitely won't be the last. Don't pay attention to the star rating, just give it a shot. My family all loved the food, and it wasn't overly salty like some places can be. Well done, Modern Cuisine, you exceeded my expectations.

I am a student at Derby University and have had trouble finding a good Chinese takeout since leaving home. I would recommend Modern Cuisine as a reliable option. They have delicious chow mein and fantastic vegetable spring rolls, and the portions are generous. However, the rice is a bit plain. The delivery is always on time or early, which is a plus. Sometimes the food can be slightly cold, but we just heat it up in the microwave and it's not a major issue. Overall, it doesn't quite live up to the star rating.

We recently tried this restaurant for the first time using Just Eat. Our order was scheduled to arrive at but it came early, which was fantastic. We ordered around and were impressed with the delicious, hot, and high-quality meal. Our kids enjoyed it as well! We even received complimentary prawn crackers and cans of soda with our order. The delivery charge and Just Eat fee were reasonable. The total cost for our family of was satisfactory. The fortune cookies were a hit with my children.
