Nach dem halbwegs gut gelungenem Degustationsmenü hätten wir gerne mit einem Kaffee auf gleichem Niveau abgeschlossen. Warum glaubt Mörwald das Nespresso seiner Qualität entspricht? Auf die Frage an den Kellner, ob dies ein Scherz sei … nein, kein Scherz. Wow! Ist es zu viel verlangt nach einem einige hundert Euro teuren Essen einen zumindest durchschnittlich guten Kaffee zu bekommen? Einen „guten“ Kaffee zu bekommen, ist Standard in allen Restaurants, in denen wir verkehren selbst ein Mittelklasse Restaurant lässt sich nicht auf das Nespresso Niveau ein! Zum Glück gibts ja ausser Mörwald noch andere Restaurants …

The wine card is sensational in its variety and another waiter proved in her interpretation and professional advice as extremely knowledgeable. the kitchen is not particularly to mention - the expectations in this league are very high and not always completely satisfactory - therefore the torn seems quite justified. the price level is more likely to be settled in the upper middle class.
