Moores Fish And Chips

I had another delightful lunch at Moores Monkston Park. I ordered the cod and chips, and it was absolutely delicious. The cod was flaky and the chips were fresh and tasty.

This will be our final visit to this restaurant. Previous reviews were spot on. The chips were chewy, with a spongy inside, twice cooked, and served cold. They were completely inedible, so we had to throw them away.

Since Broughton Fish Chips became Codswallop with soggy fish and now no longer a chippy, I have been looking for a ideal nearby replacement. This nearby replacement is Moores, the batter on the fish is crispy and the chips is great. Now I really enjoyed Fish Chips once again. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: £10–20

I'm not sure if I just had a bad experience on my first visit, but the fries at this restaurant were terrible. It was clear that they had been sitting out for a while and were not cooked evenly - some were hard and lukewarm, while others were burnt from being kept warm for too long. The portion size was generous, but I won't be returning as the fries didn't sit well with me all night.

The burgers at this restaurant are truly amazing and the best I've ever had. The chips are usually great, although they were a bit overdone during my last visit. However, it wasn't a big issue. The service is excellent, with a rating of 5 out of 5. The atmosphere is also fantastic, with a rating of 5 out of 5.
