"The small shop is situated quite close to Puerta del Sol in an area with lots of bars, pubs and restaurants. The lady was very helpful, also spoke English, had small talk with everyone who came in and overall was really happy and friendly. The burger was stunning. The meat patty was quite big and juicy, the buns pretty soft and the nachos were amazing as well. The price for the burger including nachos and a drink was around 15€. Overall, a brilliant experience. I would absolutely recommend you to go there. I will definitely come back!"

just came in for a quick juice to take away, waited for ages while the staff was trying to figure out how to make a burger. juice wasn't worth it, other places in Madrid were much better at a better price.

We are American and felt very welcomed here. The owner spoke to us in fluent English and engaged us in conversation while we chose our menu items. We attempted our little Spanish that we knew. The food was excellent. You could tell the business is well run and the employees are on board and seemed to be very engaging with customers. My husband, daughter and I truly enjoyed the experience and would recommend this place to anyone. We were so happy that we stumbled in so to say.
