Eigentlich müsste man gleich noch einen Punkt abziehen für das irreführende Gourmet im Namen. Es ist normale Asia Schnellimbiss Küche, bei der verschiedene handelsübliche vorgefertigte Komponenten (Gemüseschnipsel, Fleischsorten, Reis/Nudeln, Saucen) zu Gerichten kombiniert werden. Mein gefühlter Eindruck ist, dass die ganz überwiegende Mehrheit der Gäste das Essen zum Mitnehmen holt und hier sehe ich auch die Stärke des Restaurants. Die Logistik funktioniert, auch wenn der Tonfall zumeist deutlich stärker vom Streben nach Effizienz als von Gastfreundlichkeit geprägt ist.
