"I'm pretty familiar with Thai food; an ex-boyfriend of many years was Thai, and in general, I like Asian food. Upon first entering the restaurant, I was impressed by the decor, as well as the many certificates proclaiming the restaurant to be certified by a...number of Thai bodies. That's about where the comparisons with Thailand end. I came with a friend and her dog (a whopping five kilos, on a leash, and the best-behaved dog I have ever met). There was no indication that dogs weren't allowed. A woman working there yelled at my friend, who then took the dog out to the car. I asked if there was Thai iced tea (cha yen) on the menu. Yes said the waiter. What's Thai iced tea asked my friend. When I was explaining it to her, the waiter interrupted me to say that they just had iced tea with lemon. We ordered an appetizer of satay. The peanut sauce was good. However, the beef was so tough, we couldn't get it off the skewer. After we complained, we got two chicken skewers as replacement. They were also overcooked. In terms of our mains, I got beef and broccoli with glass noodles and my friend got a sweet and sour red curry with chicken. Basically, I have never seen glass noodles like that in my life. The noodles had been stir-fried with soy sauce, onion, and egg, and had cooled off by the time they reached the table, so it was kind of like one big glob of noodles. The noodles also tasted more like fettucine than glass noodles. The beef and broccoli mostly tasted of salt and the broccoli had the consistency of frozen broccoli. The sweet and sour red curry was better; the pineapple in the curry came from a can, though, and I also had the feeling that the red curry paste was not made in house, either. However, it still tasted OK. Given that Thai food is often associated with fresh ingredients, I was disappointed. At the end of the meal, my friend tried to give the waiter a coupon, but he rejected it, insisting that it was too late. The waiter brought us hot towels after the meal, and some chemical used on the towels made my hands break out. Basically, I'd give this place once and a half stars. One star for the atmosphere, another half star for the chicken curry and tasty peanut sauce accompanying the satay. Due to the rude staff and otherwise disappointing food, I won't be returning. This farang can cook better Thai food than Nakorn can."

this place is extremely bad and there is no excuse. it comes on sloppy technology and bad choices in preparation. also their pad thai and green papaya salad, thai clips were bad. take the short trip to si surin, you eat. much better. the only thing that keeps this place alive is their location and that many people do not know better.

Nice decor, friendly service but food super salty but otherwise totally bland. Tom yum gung bland main flavours being salt, salt and cocomilk. No nice twist from chillies and lemon grass. Main was worse though. Tasteless frozen pork in a sauce made from ginger, salt...and soy sauce. Green curry with chicken had really strange taste and there was sheer oil floating on the sauce. Two starters, two mains and three small beers Eur. Worth

let me prevent this by saying that I have high expectations of Thai food. there are so many tasty, fat aromas that it should never be slandered. our server were friendly and helpful, although they asked us to go back and find...the number next to the meal, instead of the names (that's a page menu, so some flipping through and seemed a little ridiculous). the restaurant decorated beautiful and it was fantastic to see Thai kisses with low tables in front of the restaurant. we had the satay appetizer, tom kha gai, sweet soup, spicy basilikum huh and garlic **** huh. the escaped were good decent taste in the basilikum huhn, although not spicy- but the huh was well cooked. the suppers were in ord...

Our servers were kind and helpful, although as we ordered, they asked us to go back and find...the number next to the meal rather than the name this is a page menu so that took some flipping through and seemed a little ridiculous. The restaurant decorated nicely and it was fantastic to see Thai style cushions with low tables in front of the restaurant. We had the satay appetizer, tom kha gai, vegetable soup, spicy basil chicken, and garlic chicken. The entrees were okay decent flavor in the basil chicken, although not spicy but the chicken was wa...

although the name of this restaurant has thai in it, eating was a strange combination of generic asian foods. I liked that because you really felt that you were not in Germany anymore. where, exactly, they should be, I'm not sure! the decoration seemed more polynonic than thai. Our waitress was nice, but she had no notice on alcoholic drinks. I ordered a gin and tonic. She brought a bottle of tonic water. I asked her (in German): where is the gin? she pointed to the bottle tonic water. I told her there was no gin. where is the gin she has redirected to the tonnika water. I told her no, there's no gin here. she thought she went into the bar, and she came back with a gin and tonic (no limette,...
