"we made a reservation and after we set ourselves (free), we waited 10 minutes for the menu. when they did not come, we went in and asked. After asking for the menu, we waited 10 minutes and I had to go in for the second time. (Note, it was not crowded at all and the place was occupied as 20%) we ordered a drink that is clearly called on the menu, but the waiter did as if he were not speaking German and English at all. serviette and cutlery were not served at the beginning, but we had to wait 5 minutes after they had served the pizza. we are the regular customers, but I must say that the service last night was incredibly terrible."
