Sparkling Bistro - Menu

Excellent 1-star restaurant in the heart of Munich. The food was outstanding with good accompanying wines. Service was very good and in a good sense less stiff than in many other star restaurants.

Surprisingly sensational we stayed at Sparkling Bistro for dinner with friends. There was no menu, only the menu with five or seven courses. We had seven which were absolutely perfect and prepared to the point. On demand we learned that the owner is an Austrian bonnet/star chef. We'll tell WoW and I'll be back soon. An absolute must for gourmets.

Juergen's menu of scallops, foie gras, fillet and soufflé all paired perfectly with wine is an amazing treat. The experience is unique, he easily attends to the guests with a smile, then back into the kitchen to finish off the dish. If you want a romantic evening I don't think you'll top this place. Go now because in a year or two it will be difficult to get a dinner reservation.

after the many recommended from all sides of our friendly and business partner group, we have now also visited the sparkling bistro.We took the 5-course menu with wine tasting and were surprised more than positiw. rarely excellent quality of the ingredients do their best am teller after perfect preparation. to the aperitif there were outstanding champagne from us so far unknown weingut. we have taken a kist :) we will come back soon!

There is no menu in a usual way, there is a special set of dishes from the Chef, which is served for every guest. The set is really unusual and interesting you can try a lot of different bright tastes from the very beginning. There is big variety of champagne and wines by bottle, but there are some options by glasses. There are no cocktails, only Negroni (very tasty! and Gin tonic. Service is excellent: staff is so attentive and very polite. Be aware: digestive isn’t a compliment, you would pay for it :

we were here for the second time today and have already come back much more frueherily:- refined and handcrafted excellent dishes, which are also looking at in times of their own. we like to go well eat - this dear fuer’s detail is not only suggested here but lived.- accommodating, persuasive service, without being a bounty - simply nice and charming with an extraordinarily happy and honest interest in his best: what they want, what they want and how to make them a happy again.We are very happy and in every case!

Was there with friends for dinner. The service has to play something, but the kitchen is perfect for it. We had ordered 6 courses on the subject of France. Foire Grass was roasted on site, white fish soup was really airy and light with 'Biss', Loup de Mer just as fresh and tasty. (Risotto was incredibly delicious) lamb as well as ratatouille absolutely solid and perfectly matched. As expected in 1950, Birne Helene was simply the eye-catcher in Paris. You're welcome. And a small tip: champagne card is excellent. almost 120 different people you don't know yet. What?

the sparkling bistro, which is located in the maxvorstadt a bit hidden in the amalienhöfen, is for us the sinner surprise. the foods are of excellent quality and outstanding value for money. we live temporarily in a little bit and would not have thought it possible to find such an excellent reaturant in the middle of the city, which is both loose and unpretentious. we are convinced berliner, but we do not know something similar there. at noon three courses at €25 (absolutely unbeatable for this quality)! and in the evening five courses at €70.-, each of which is completely convinced. a weeping gaunt that is really sensational. every time a huge pleasure!
