"Had a lovely lunch for 14 of us at the weekend. The staff were very accommodating in offering an alternative to Pizza for one of our Gluten Free guests (they can create a base if you give them 48 hrs notice I believe) and produced a fantastic antipasti platter. The pizzas are delicious and there are many options. One of our pizzas was not made correctly and again this was quickly sorted out and a new one made. You felt nicely full afterwards and not uncomfortably stuffed!! If I could suggest 2 improvements that would be to have water on the table and more easy access to pizza cutters but I still give it 5 stars as everyone said how much they had enjoyed it. I look forward to visiting again can't believe I've not been before."

"I was a big fan of the Coach house in Humberstone, having frequented this establishment many times, over many years, NOT ANYMORE!, we arrived at 2.25pm on this August bank holiday Monday, To be fair, lady on reception warned us that we would have to wait until 3.pm before they could take our order, and we were aware that it was a Bank Holiday, so no problem with that, however we later found out that what the lady neglected to tell us, was that from them taking our order, we would then have to wait additional 45 minutes before being served, after a patient 50-55 minute wait after taking our order, with Sports Bar and Terrace barely 1/3 full at this point, I left my table in search of our waitress, to politely ask if we could have an indication of when we may expect our food (found 6 of them all huddled around the till), at which point a waitress I'd not seen before appeared to want to take charge and argue with me over how long we had actually been waiting.... who knows when the food finally arrived since at that point we left, food was prepaid due to us being on the Terrace, I did consider asking for a credit however i didn't fancy dealing with the argumentative waitress any longer, we were just pleased to get out of there, I won't be returning, I think the Coach house will be more in need of my £40 than me, BEWARE standards are slipping!"

"If you want a curry, in a hurry, this is not the place for you, we was booked in for 7pm, on a Saturday night, we git there, no table ready, had to wait fir that to be sorted, sat down, we had to wait a hour and half for our meal, we kept asking the rude waiter, how long, how long, only to be told, that the take away orders come first, it's a shame, the food was nice, service, absolute rubbish, don't go, avoid, go to Argrahs up the road, food ace, service brilliant, Jamals, rubbish!!!!!"

"I was quite disappointed. I usually enjoy coming here, but my recent experience was not great. I had made a reservation for food and drinks, but upon arrival, we were informed that they couldn’t serve food because the kitchen was too busy. We were then directed to sit by the window as there were no tables available for dining, even though we had a reservation. We waited a long time for our drinks, and it felt like we were an inconvenience to the staff. It's a shame because I typically have a wonderful time here. The cocktails were delightful, but the rest of the experience left much to be desired."
