"We are staying at the hotel next door but were unable to check in due to the early time so we went here to sit and get a bite to eat while we waited. We actually parked across the street at the mall and walked over.When we walked in we were not greeted and finally I asked the lady at the bar if it was seat yourself. She said yes. We were brought menus and asked for English menus which she promptly brought.We both ordered tomato soup which came with hot sourdough delicious bread. We ordered the pizza bread which was just okay. The pretzel was yummy and served piping hot.Our waitress was appropriately attentive."

Very nice ambience, not particularly demanding. Some of them sit on disassembled cinema seats that are no longer full of shots, that is perhaps not everyone's thing, but you can also like it especially. NOT barrier-free

The English-language reviews of Bistro 0-19 all give it high marks for serving good, varied food and drink at reasonable prices. I agree. Plus, if you are staying at the Novum Post Hotel, you can charge your bill to your room, which simplifies things.

I have eaten here many times, and did so again this week. The service is good, as is the food. You have a choice of indoor or outdoor seating. Personally if the weather is good, as it was this week, I recommend the outdoor seating, where you can enjoy the sunshine and the food and drink. I really can recommend this bar restaurant.

I visited 0-19 last night for dinner, and just as on previous visits, I found the food to be good and the staff friendly enough. There is a large selection of themed burgers, named after films, or film stars. I had the terminator with a fried egg and fries. It was delicious, and massive. I couldn't finish it because it is so big. Please try it for yourself, you will not be disappointed.
