"Unübertroffenes Erlebnis! Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral und man merk ihm sein eigentlich Alter nicht an, da das gesamte Haus sehr stilvoll modernisiert wurde. Die Ausstattung ist neu, modern und stilvoll. Es gibt vieles zu entdecken. Hygiene und Sauberkeit werden großgeschrieben. Die Corona Maßnahmen sind hervorragend umgesetzt. Ein Alleinstellungsmerkmal des Hotels ist sicher das sehr stilvolle Hamam im Spabereich. Die Corona Maßnahmen sind sehr gut umgesetzt, so dass man zwar vorweg in Stundenblöcken den Aufenthalt in den Saunen oder im Hamam reservieren muss, dafür werden maximal vier Personen gleichzeitig eingeplant, so dass man mehr als genug Privatsphäre hat. Die Zimmer sind sehr stilvoll eingerichtet. Ein absolutes Highlight ist die Küche. Hier speist man auf nahezu Sterne-Niveau zu einem fairen Preis. Im gesamten Hotel ist das Personal sehr professionell und liest die Wünschen einem von den Lippen ab bevor man sie ausgesprochen hat. Es war sicher nicht mein letzter Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel. Vielen Dank für den wundervollen Aufenthalt!"

"Gaumengraus. Ich bestellte das Tartar für 34 Franken, also erwartete ich natürlich ein frisch zubereitetes Tartar, jedoch wurde mir eine geschmacklose, eiskalte und braune Masse hingestellt, die mit einem braunem Gelée abgedeckt war. Als mich der Kellner fragte, ob es gut sei, teilte ich ihm meine Unzufriedenheit mit und zeigte ihm die braune Masse. Er meinte, er würde es der Küche weiterleiten. Ich habe das Tartar so stehengelassen und nach ca. 10 Minuten, als meine Frau auch schon mit dem Salat fertig war, welcher übrigens ebenfalls nichts Besonderes war, fragte er mich, ob ich etwas Tabasco wolle. Als ich dies nicht wollte, räumte er den Teller ab. Das war die einzige Reaktion. Das Tartar musste ich Vollumfänglich bezahlen. Das Hotelpersonal an sich war sehr freundlich, die Unterkunft ist sehr schön gelegen und die Zimmer sind sauber und einfach. Leider hatte es auf dem Fernseher nicht einmal eine Radiofunktion."

"Don't don't don't. We arrived, the five of us, on a Saturday evening for a chilled pizza night. The staff left us waiting at the entrance for what felt like an eternity (it was fifteen minutes give or take). First red flag, but we were hungry and just decided to go with it for the time being. The order for drinks and food was taken, then the waiting begins. 5,10, 20 minutes pass without any motion from the staff. Mind you, we have a table literally in the middle of the restaurant so it's virtually impossible to miss. When the table behind us is served before ours, it's pretty clear they've simply forgotten our order. Called the manager to complain. He talked us into staying and said the order would be ready in about five minutes.The best is yet to come though: I'd ordered a prosciutto pizza with extra mushrooms. Due to the aforementioned incident, our order was taken twice. I'm not going to go into details now, but one minor remark I will give away. THERE WERE NO MUSHROOMS ON MY PIZZA. Needless to say, no compensation or amends were offered as to make up for our lost time. Save yourself the hassle. Not worth it. Quite punchy too"

"Over 11 Fr. For a small Epiphany cake........ bravo Answer: Hello, every review has its justification. Be it quality, friendliness or price. They even received a 5 from me last year until yesterday! Because I found the quality and the collaboration with Davos very good. Since I have a holiday apartment here, I unfortunately experience these incidents here. When it comes to good companies, I don't leave any reviews; I'm a regular guest. As well as yours! However, I think the price is too high. Especially since he was at another bakery at 8.50. A height surcharge of 3 Fr is not justified. Best regards"

"A ski hut that is just right for hungry athletes. Nothing is fake or fancy, the food is very good, the portions are admittedly very generous, they are often enough for two, but we never had to wait long and the jug of tap water is free. The serving staff are always very courteous and friendly, you feel like you're in good hands and have been for years. Please stay as you are, my absolute favorite restaurant in Churwalden/Lenzerheide."
