As always, the freshly battered fish is delicious! The regular size portion is enormous!

Very good service from start to finish. The food is very good and above average. It can be crowded at times but definitely worth a visit !

fantastic. this little gem has tried for the first time today and must say that we were overwhelmed, how good everything was. update: since then, back and loved twice. the personal is so beautiful and eating is exceptional. I can see why it is the best scoring restaurant in ipswich.

The restaurant was charming, but it's important to mention that they DO NOT ACCEPT OPEN TABLE BOOKINGS! Fortunately, there was one table available, so we were able to dine there. However, I've struggled to find a way to inform Open Table about this, as their help site is quite unhelpful.

For our party of eight, including starters and main courses, the total bill was £223.00, and none of us had room for dessert despite being warned. The only downside was how noisy it got, but we visited on a Saturday when the restaurant was packed, so it was to be expected. Would I come back again? Absolutely! Visualizza piatti

DON’T BOOK ON HERE! Restaurant doesn’t use OpenTable. Arrived to be told they were fully booked, and they were happy to turn us away because we had no booking, even though we showed them booking confirmation! Luckily a waitress with a brain came over and sorted it for us. If it was my business and I didn’t want to use OpenTable, I wouldn’t be on the website!!!!! Great food as always.

We had a fantastic meal here to celebrate my partner's birthday on Monday, June 6th. I'm not a fan of fish, so I was a bit concerned about what I would be able to eat. However, I ended up having the most incredible filet steak! It was cooked to perfection, even better than some I've had in steak restaurants in London. My partner also enjoyed his fried skate wings. Dining here was a wonderful experience, and we highly recommend the ocean fish platter to everyone. The portions are generous, and the staff is very friendly. Thank you for a lovely meal!

What a fantastic place! We have dined on seafood from various locations and must admit that everything was incredibly fresh and satisfying. We made a reservation and confirmed it with the staff. Upon our arrival in the evening, we were treated with great care. The oysters from Colchester were a highlight; one of our guests claimed they were better than the ones she had in France and were exceptionally fresh. We enjoyed a wonderful selection of different fish and squid, which was prepared in a unique yet excellent manner.
