I had a fantastic time with Friends. The Food was Delicious and big portions they had a Fantastic singer on and a D.J. plenty of room free parking clean and relaxing Atmosphere. The staff done everything they could to provide a high level of Customer Service. Thanks Again

Staff were very rude, shouting at us whilst giving out our food. Food was very average and overpriced. They also handed out takeaway boxes to everyone and then afterwards added to the bill £1 per box. We spent a lot of money in this restaurant and we were not treated well. I would not return here. Such a great visit for a birthday celebration. Food was really tasty and generous portion sizes. The fillet steak rolls and aromatic crispy duck were especially good. Service also great with friendly and attentive staff and a nice surprise of a happy birthday song to finish. Would definitely recommend and will be returning, thank you!

Ripped off Food ok apart from Salt and pepper chips was charged for 2 starter sharing platters for 2 people at over £11 each. so over £22 for 2 people having a starter. The platter had 2 sprig rolls, 4 ribs, 2 prawn parcels, 4 fillet of beef parcels Sea weed which was ok for £11, but £22 is a Rip off. They say the charge is per person, not clearly shown on the menu and still a rip off The staff would not refund the overcharge of £11 Would not go again and would not reccomend. I speak to many people each day and will advise them not to go here

Visited here for the first time today and it was buzzing. Lots of Chinese people dining, which is always a good sign. We took a chance and ordered a mixture of 6 Dim Sum. We each had our favourites which we would probably order again but agreed that we would carry on experimenting next time we visit, which will be pretty soon. Before leaving, we went downstairs to the adjoining supermarket and bought some things to bring home. ALL The Staff were extremely pleasant and engaged in unhurried conversation. Outstanding restaurant. We were a family group of 5. They gave us one of the lovely side tables. The service and food were fantastic. I could not fault this place. I see someone posted a review in April 2023 only giving 1 star moaning about the starter platter and pricing! We had this and it was clear in the menu and pricing and we felt was great value for money, the ribs were huge and the best we’ve ever had. All of the portion sizes were very generous and food quality exceptional. The staff were all so helpful and fun. We had an absolutely fantastic time and will definitely coming back with more friends and family.

Came here for a dim sum lunch and the food was fresh, authentic and very tasty. We ordered a plate of rice with roast duck and roast pork and the portion was enough to feed the table. Altogether for four people we ordered 6 dim sum and there was enough to go around. I really liked the deep fried squid and the steamed buns. We were given a choice of teas to drink rather then be given jasmine tea automatically which I thought was a good touch. The steamed dim sum came to the table in their bamboo boxes and tasted freshly made. The bill was reasonable and the service friendly and efficient. Will be going to this restaurant regularly as there is free parking too. Downstairs is a chinese supermar...

The Management have no customer service skills whatsoever 50 th birthday meal ruined and no acknowledgment from them Party of 27. Four of the guest ended up having to take their main meals as takeout as everyone else eaten and been at the table for over 2 half hours. When presented with the bill it was outlined that there we be an expectation of a reduction in these 4 people’s bills given it was now a takeaway The manager said if you are not paying full price leave your food here!! They were eventually offered £4.80 off lol Consequently food left behind and starters only paid for.
