"I note with sadness that the company does not take into account the criticisms and suggestions. My last visit (last ever) was today for lunch. I ordered a pulled ribs burger and as usual a nice empty bun arrives, that is, with about eighty grams of meat, a few onions and an iceberg leaf that overflows from the sandwich, just for show. A total disappointment. The waiters (3) passed by and had fun, watching me eat and without worrying in the slightest if I liked the sandwich. As soon as I finished eating, a waitress asked me if lunch went well. This also seems like company policy to me because it happens categorically every time I come (I came) to eat in one of your restaurants. I have worked both in Italy and in the UK, and in Florida I have visited dozens of places, including the famous Winghouse chain, and I can say with absolute certainty that there is no question of wondering if everything is going well at the end of the meal. It makes no sense! As regards the service, after serving the hamburger, they collect the menu (once the menu was the paper placemat under the plate) and no sauces and condiments are brought. On the plate there is only a rather compact sauce (between the burger sauce and the buffalo ranch sauce and nothing else). The rooms are furnished in imitation of the wild west style, but it's a shame that the music is totally out of context. I would suggest (provided you appreciate it) some contemporary country music, i.e. southern rock. Some suggestions: jason aldean, Miranda lambert, luke bryan, luke combs, toby keith, to name a few. Or tune in to online radio 103.1 the wolf or jake fm. But the important thing is, the meat in the sandwich must be of an adequate quantity, at least the minimum wage, especially in a restaurant that imitates the US style, also because the sandwich alone costs a good €13.40."

Ci hanno detto prima di entrare che ci sarebbe voluto circa 10 minuti per essere serviti. Abbiamo accettato e dopo 10 minuti ci hanno detto che non c'era nulla disponibile tranne un panino... Poi è arrivata un'altra cameriera e ha detto che avevano qualcosa alla griglia... Poi un'altra che non sapeva di nulla... Ci siamo alzati e addio, mai più... Organizzazione sotto zero. I piatti sono arrivati con un notevole ritardo (circa un'ora di attesa) e, peggio ancora, erano freddi. Dopo aver segnalato il problema, il personale, freddo (come il cibo) e frettoloso, ha cercato di rimediare riscaldando la carne ma non le patate. Risultato: cibo altrettanto freddo. Like other old wide west, but with questionable staff. Difficult to understand when expressed in terrible Italian, not understood and therefore the order was partly wrong. Foreign staff is fine, but at least a smile and an Italian who is at least acceptable. They take orders without looking at you and often with their backs to you. You also choose the place for the environment and in fact I won't return to this one. Service: Dine in
