Had afternoon tea with free flowing prosecco was absolutely lovely good value for central london

Dana made sure to secure the best table in the restaurant for my wife's birthday dinner. The staff was also very attentive to our needs throughout the meal.

We chose the venue because some of us were staying in the hotel. For lunch, it's not really a restaurant, just bar snacks absolutely didn't need booking. We had no expectations it was convenient. Visualizza piatti

We arrived somewhat late and bedraggled after the Central line strike badly affected our journey. We were met on arrival with courtesy and excellent service nonetheless and really enjoyed our afternoon tea.

When we arrived at 1.25 for our 1.30 booking, there was no one available to greet us. The afternoon tea area was tucked away in a corner behind what appeared to be the breakfast bar. We were so disappointed by the appearance of the place that we did not stay!

Dining area is very small, toilets are not of high standards, food is overpriced butter was served instead of buttercream; cakes were stale and dry; where were the macaroons? I have to say, the lychee tea was wonderful but the colour of the teapot was disgraceful. I'd give the place a 3 star rating. Visualizza piatti

While visiting London for the first time we knew we had to have Afternoon Tea. We chose The Brasserie for its proximity to Hyde Park and Kensington Palace, our destinations for the day. We had a lovely Afternoon Tea experience! The food was exceptional, tea was steaming, and the staff was so friendly. We couldn’t have asked for a better time!

I had a great experience at this restaurant. The Afternoon Tea was a great deal, offered in a charming conservatory room with gorgeous views of Hyde Park. Although the tea selection was a bit limited, there was still a nice variety to choose from. The staff were friendly and went out of their way to ensure a pleasant and enjoyable experience.

We waited for our food for over an hour with very little updates. Finally, they offered us a complimentary drink. The music was too low, so the ambience was lacking. The temperature in the conservatory was too hot, then too cold. Despite these issues, we enjoyed the company and had a great time once the food arrived. It's best not to arrive too hungry and be prepared to wait. They accommodated special dietary requirements, but the options were not well-informed or very creative. The traditional and cheese lover afternoon tea had a very good selection and quality. It's recommended to book in advance if you want to use vouchers and get an excellent deal. Visualizza piatti
