Mangiare sempre inaspettatamente bene in un posto come la BW. Servizio un po' confuso e impreciso, ma niente di importante. Non e' il migliore. Ambience a un po 'freddo e hotelista, Tutto in tutto una buona fermata per un buon pasto mentre guidi tra Milano e bologna

Fin dal mio punto di vista questo ristorante mantiene la tradizionale modalità di cucinare il cibo, tutti gli ingredienti vengono raccolti attentamente, la pasta è fatta a mano e così via. Mia figlia è piuttosto critica riguardo al cibo, ma sono felice di vedere che ha mangiato tutto e quasi ha leccato il piatto! Visualizza piatti

Prima di tutto, la qualità dell'orso deve essere lodata, sempre attenta alle esigenze del cliente. Menzione particolare per i primi piatti e per i ravioli di ricotta e culaccia nella specifica. ottime carni della loro produzione, non dello stesso livello le tigelle e il gnocco che raggiungono comunque sufficienza. Tuttavia è quello di cercare di tornare.

Dinner with a group of colleagues in this hotel restaurant was much better than expected. Stayed in the hotel before but not used the restaurant before. Good and polite service and really tasty, well presented food was a real hit with all plates properly emptied to the last bite. A good wine selection and beer of course too just round off a good meal. Very nice place to eat.

Questo ristorante ha ricevuto ottime recensioni su TripAdvisor e non c'è molto da aggiungere a quanto è stato detto. Abbiamo alloggiato presso il Best Western dove si trova il ristorante per una settimana mentre visitavamo l'Emilia Romagna e non siamo mai rimasti delusi mangiando qui regolarmente. un must stop soprattutto se si sta soggiornando al meglio occidentale dell'ungherese (sia struttura eccellente). sarete accolti dalla molto bella davide, vera e propria ristorazione professionale, che con simpatia e dedizione illustrerà i piatti, la loro origine e la loro composizione. carni miste da non perdere. il prosciutto crudo superiore e il Parmigiano invecchiato sono imperdibili. ottima cantina. We discovered this place completely by chance since it was the only open restaurant in the area. At first we thought that this was a regular international hotel buffet, but we were wrong. It was a very nice experience with a selected menu and a nice atmosphere. We only had one hour to eat, so we simply ordered two pasta dishes: gricia modenese and ricotta ravioli, and a starter of Parma ham and a bottle of water. Food was excellent quality. Especially the hand made ravioli. Ham of course was amazing. The gricia a little oversalted. All dishes were explained by the waiter and well elaborated (and not quick but we could make it on time). The restaurant is located at the Best Western Hotel Modena District of Campogalliano, it is nicely decorated, but in the Italian way: not very cozi. The menu shows very good choice of dishes. It is varied, and very well thought. Taking into consideration that it is located in Modena, they combine this ingredient with very good taste in some of their dishes. It is understandable it is in the Michelin Guide, but I think Michelin should pay more attention not only how well the dishes are made, but to the rest of the service (e.g., the waiters, tables, places, etc. .
