"I would never have found this delightful restaurant had it not been for my friend who lives near by, and that, I am sure, is just fine with the owners.This is an unpretentious, local restaurant, tucked away in a small cluster of shops. It is actually close to the centre of Munich, but it might as well be a dozen kilometres away. The Osteria offers an interesting menus - the artichoke starter was completely delightful - and the selection of main dishes is that of Italian restaurants everywhere.The food here is cooked personally, it is fresh and one can tell the passion that the owners have for the restaurant. Straightforward it might be, but average it isn't. Tis is a small, local restaurant that is worth a detour."

We have been there a few times and it was always a pleasure to dine there. The bier (Hell) was excellent and so was the food. Whenever you go, you have hard time to choose from the menu, because everything is so tasty! The restaurant owner is very attentive but not annoying.

My husband and I had dinner here while visiting Munich. The service was prompt and an English menu was available. Our salads were very fresh and tasty. The homemade bread was also quite lovely. I ordered the shrimp pasta and it was extremely well prepared. My husband ordered the veal piccata and he enjoyed his just as much.Terrific pricing for a classy yet relaxed environment with incredible food.

Il Ritrovo zeichnet sich durch 3 Dinge aus:1. Sehr leckeres italienisches Essen, eher traditionell gekocht und dargeboten2. den Charme des Padrone, dem anzumerken ist, dass er auch guter Kunde seiner Küche ist (aber auch die anderen Kellner sind ausgesprochen nett)3. den Innenhof, der bei gutem Wetter ein wirklich nettes Ambiente bietet - und das in einer Lage, wo draußen sitzen meistens mit Straßenlärm verbunden ist
