"I had a wonderful dining experience at a charming restaurant. The staff were extremely friendly and professional, providing top-notch service throughout. The restaurant was clean, beautifully decorated, and the table setup created a pleasant atmosphere. The food was delicious, especially the haggis bon bons, though the lukewarm chips slightly detracted from the otherwise perfect experience. Despite this, I will definitely be returning as it is rare to find such a gem in Inverness."

My friend and I thoroughly enjoyed our meal at the Palace Hotel last Thursday evening. Great menu with lots of choice and the service was excellent and very customer-focused.

I highly recommend the Palace Brasserie. The ambience is delightful, with a beautiful view of the castle and river. Despite being busy, it was not noisy. The service was top-notch and the food was very enjoyable.

Food was very poor. The fish and chips were so greasy they were not eaten. The pasta was like warm water. You would have needed a straw to eat it had I chosen to do so. Waiter was friendly but his shirt looked dirty and crushed.

The service is excellent and the atmosphere too. I ordered the scampi, unfortunately it was very well done (not all of them) but some were very hard, the chips were also a bit of a mix with some not quite cooked enough and others a bit soft. I have eaten here before and will go back as the menu is very good and great value.
