Papa John's Pizza Blackhall

This is our go to store for delivery. Pizza is always fresh and tasty. Usually always super fast delivery as well. With the app deals it's goid value as well.

Got order wrong... added peppers instead of mushrooms. And just pure extortion. for pizzas. Was expecting world class pizzas. And an absolute joke. Never again.

Very disappointing Pizza. Even worse service I ordered a Hawaiian Pizza (ham and pineapple) and was disappointed that there was only two pieces of ham on my inch Pizza!! Seriously pieces! I called Papa John's expecting a replacement Pizza, a refund or an apology What I didn't expect was rudeness and denial Luckily there are plenty othBlvery good takeaways in and around Blackhall.

The pizza at this restaurant was extremely disappointing, as was the service. I ordered a Hawaiian pizza with ham and pineapple, but was shocked to find only two pieces of ham on my 12-inch pizza. I called Papa John's hoping for a replacement, refund, or apology, but was met with rudeness and denial instead. Fortunately, there are many other excellent takeaway options in and around Blackhall.

I ordered and picked up a XXL garden party pizza from Papa John's Blackhall branch and it was delivered cold. I live only 5 minutes away from the restaurant. When I complained to the store about the cold pizza, they were unhelpful and the manager was rude and didn't address my complaint. I felt like I wasted my money. I strongly advise against going to this place. Stay away and avoid this store. Don't even bother with delivery. It was a completely unacceptable experience.

The entire meal arrived cold and we had to reheat it in the oven. To make matters worse, the pizza they gave us had bacon on it, despite us specifically requesting for no bacon. The restaurant was closed by the time we realized the mistake, ruining our evening. This is not the first time we have received incorrect or cold food from this establishment. The management and staff seem to have no regard for customer requests. I highly recommend avoiding this place. The service was extremely disappointing.

I made a silly mistake yesterday and ordered online for collection when I thought I had placed the order for delivery. Having not noticed this, a lovely man called me to ask if I was coming to pick up my pizzas as they had been waiting for over mins and weren't fresh any longer. I hadn't even realised my mistake! He thought that might have been the problem and offered to remake them and send them out ASAP. I felt so terrible for the inconvenience, but never once was made to feel silly. Thank you so much for your lovely service (including the understanding delivery driver) and for rectifying my mistake! Apologies again
