"I can't judge the food since I called to book 1 week in advance with the gourmet passport but of course they have supposedly already reached their passport quota for this weekend. I don't understand why some restaurants register on it if it's to refuse customers who want to book with it. It's very annoying. Yesterday with my boyfriend we went to eat in a restaurant in the dovecote and out of the 10 tables that were around us 6 had the gourmet passport and the staff was still very welcoming, so we have to stop with these quota stories it's no matter what, they made a very good impression on us and the food was excellent so we will definitely go back and this time we will pay the full price, they understood the principle. Ok it’s a waste of money for the restaurant owner but if the customers are happy they come back. In this case, with or without the gourmet passport, I will no longer be caught trying to book in this restaurant. Too bad, I love sushi and I could have become a loyal customer."

"Leckeres Essen, gemütliche Atmosphäre, schönes Ambiente. Man kann drinnen und draussen sitzen. Die Bedienung ist freundlich. Die Teller und Gerichte sind stilvoll. Man kann die Gerichte teils selbst mit diversen Zutaten individualisieren. Kann ich weiter empfehlen."

"In my humble opinion, this is THE brasserie to eat well and have a great time in Neuchâtel. Seasonal menu and very intelligently composed. Always quality cuisine despite the often very busy place (better to reserve your table). Nice cellar and excellent choice of beers on tap. Exceptional service, welcoming and without fuss, in a unique Belle-Epoque setting. I have been coming here happily for a long time, and I never tire of it."

"Wir waren 7 Personen hier zu Abendessen . Das Fleisch war sehr gut doch der Pasta Teller „Linguine mit Black Tiger“ war leider nicht so wie es auf der Menukarte beschrieben ist. Es waren keine Black Tiger, sondern kleine Crevetten und auch die Sauce war mit Rahm und Tomaten statt wie im Menu beschrieben, mit Zitronensauce und Kräuter. Auch waren es Spaghetti statt Linguine und so durchgekocht, das die Spaghetti alle bereits zerbrochen waren. Als wir es am Kellner mehrmals meldeten, kam keine Entschuldigung seinerseits und es gab auch keinen Preisnachlass (CHF 39. ist ein stolzer Preis für kleine Crevetten mit Rahmsauce! Es kam allgemein kein engegenkommen, nicht einmal der Kaffee oder sonst was wurde offeriert, was wir sehr schade fanden. Denn wir haben als Gruppe sehr viel bestellt, das wäre das Mindeste gewesen was der Kellner machen konnte um es wieder gut zu machen."

"Ein Juwel direkt beim Schloss Neuchâtel. Sehr freundliche Bedienung (nur französisch sprechend), hervorragende Speisen (in meinem Fall das «Menu de la semaine» mit Kohlwurst, Kartoffelstamp mit Petersilie und Pastinake an Pinot Noir-Sauce und zur Vorspeise eine grandiose Kürbissuppe mit Marroni), mit sehr feinem Brot, eine nicht sehr grosse, aber ausreichende Portion, für 21 Franken. Bei gutem Wetter auf der kleinen Terrasse mit etwas Seesicht. Absolut empfehlenswert!"
