Just like any other Nando's location. The service is quick and efficient, the drinks are refillable, and the atmosphere is cool. Nothing sets it apart from the rest.

Isabel was very pleasant and accommodating when there was a delay with our food. She offered us complimentary drinks and even offered to refill them. I will definitely return to this restaurant. Visualizza piatti

Came here recently with friends for dinner. We didn't have a booking, but the staff kindly accommodated for our large group anyways. Though we found it was quite hot downstairs, the food was good and the service was quick! Overall a pleasant experience!

Visited here on a Friday lunchtime and the whole place was so busy. We had a whole chicken with 2 regular sides of chips and rice, and another small portion of 2 chicken thighs with 1 regular side of butternut squash and grains. All the food was presented very promptly ,piping hot and tasted very yummy. We thoroughly enjoyed all our chicken platter. Service was very friendly.

Visited this branch regularly as it was very central meeting up with friends and we enjoyed our chicken meal very much . Ordered a whole chicken platter with portions of ordinary fries,peri peri fries,and 2 portions of rice. Another small plate of 1/4 chicken with one regular side of grains and butternut squash accompanied our order. I visited Nando's on Berners Street on 22/12/22 and was extremely disappointed. The chicken was cold and not grilled properly, suggesting it had been left out or poorly cooked. The wait time for the food was excessive and I noticed a lack of proper ventilation as I was coughing throughout my meal. The restaurant seemed understaffed and poorly managed in terms of both quantity and quality of staff. In the end, I chose not to eat and left feeling unsatisfied. I hope Nando's on 2 Berners Street can improve their standards in the future.

Rubbish. Burgers arrived cold. No cheese in them. Complained and they asked if they could bring cheese and put on plate. The burgers were ordered with cheese as an extra. This isn’t good. Cheese was then offered and burgers bought back out with a square of cheese in and not cooked and melted as should have been. I don’t normally eat in these places but my daughter said it was the worse ever. Rushed and not cooked properly plus not what was ordered. Never worth what we paid Table 7 5.40 pm McDonald’s better value and hot . Won’t be going again.

A friend of mine who lives in England had raved about Nandos and encouraged me to try it for months leading up to my trip. I’m so glad I listened to him and tried it! The ordering concept is cool! You order via scanning a QR Code. While waiting for your food, you can go up and get your own utensils, napkins, and sauces. Then when your food is ready, it comes directly to your table. Fast too! For a starter, I recommend trying the Halloumi Sticks with chili jam. They taste just like a delicious cheese stick. The Peri Peri wings are another must have starter.
