"Terrible from start to finish. Service very very slow, we waited 30 mins for drinks and then the waiter had to be shown everything on the menu to take the order. The restaurant was very noisy, voices echo and the air con was so cold you froze in your seat. Most disappointing was the food. Expensive and steaks not cooked to standard ordered and served on cold plates. Filet steak £39 not cooked on one side at all! Served raw! Chewy ribeye and in no way worth the ridiculous prices. No trimmings all extra side orders, even chips at £5 extra were half empty. Will never return, paid half the bill and went elsewhere for dessert!!"

The welcome and service from the staff was excellent. We were able to sit outside and watch the world go by. The steak was excellent

Good food, bad service. Only had 4 tables occupied including ours but still managed to ignore us and forget about the wine we ordered until after we’d already finished our starters.

Booked a table for 2pm with 2 clients and was then told we only had the table for an hour which was quite shocking really. Ruined the whole experience as we had to rush ordering, eating, talking whilst the staff moved tables all around us. Won't be going again

The service was polite, the food excellent, albeit expensive, and the atmosphere was great. Had clients over from the Caribbean, who felt the cold outside. The waitress moved us inside without any issue. The only problem was the wait time. For two courses, we were there for two hours.

Came here for the first dates restaurant experience and we truly enjoyed it. The service was top and food was amazing. We also told them we was having a special occasion and they presented us with a free glass of bubbly and also truffles at the end. Would highly recommend also would come back.

Nicely located next to city thameslink. Good atmosphere, can hear one another talk. Staff were very attentive. The only thing that let it down was I ordered a steak medium but it was pretty much well done. That being said it was still tasty but a bit disappointing; make sure you order it under what you usually like.

1) the service was very poor. We waited over 45 minutes for our main course. We waited over 30 minutes for a kids meal. The waitresses were rude when we asked where our food was. 2) when the food eventually did come out it was wrong 3) the food itself was average, over seasoned and over priced. 4) overall we were in the restaurant for nearly 2.5 hours for one course of mediocre and overpriced food.
