This North London restaurant is a fantastic hidden gem! Mimi provides excellent service and truly understands the importance of great customer care. The food is of exceptional quality as well.

I arrived at the restaurant at 8:15 am, fifteen minutes after they were supposed to open at 8 am, and was turned away with a very poor attitude from the staff member. There was no offer to allow me to wait inside. Overall, the service was very disappointing.

we used to go here often before covid. we went again this week. service abysmal and it was empty. plus we had a dish which came with bread. we asked for butter they charged 50p for a small pat of butter. disgusting. we won’t be going back which is a shame. it was so good.

This restaurant is an excellent choice for coffee and pastries! My husband, baby and I visited a few days ago and ordered a mocha and a tart, both of which were delicious. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend this place for a visit with friends or family.

I had a pastry Custard and Pear today that was excellent. They make most of their own Pastries I am told. A very nice atmosphere that keeps us coming back. We have visited all 3 ? of their locations and all seem the same high quality. Salads and meals are good. I always have the French Toast!

If you have a lot of time… a lot of time… this might be ok. Service is slow to even take orders and never sure they get them correct as they do not note take. Then it takes AGES for your food to arrive. Overpriced too. A shame as it was much better a while back. Going down hill and needs to find what makes it work again. A shame

This is not the first time I’m coming to this caffè. I have the school very closer and I love having breakfast inside, but giving a good service does not mean only smiling and being friendly. The staff wos very loud tolking, made me wait 15min for a normal sandwich. I’m very disappointed, I will definitely go back but only for takeout. I’m in this business over 5y so I know what I’m tolking about.

This used to be a great little patisserie, but has now definitely gone downhill. The pastries cakes in the window have had prices removed...perhaps because they have become outrageous eg £4 for a tiny little ordinary tart!! The service has been 'sterilised ' so customers no longer feel delighted to be in the shop. UGH!! Wake up guys! Gails has just opened up the High Street...puts you to shame. You 're certainly not my Joie de Vie !!

I went for breakfast and ordered a cafe latte and poach egg on toast. I have had a coffee there before and I have to say that the coffee was good as on previous occasions HOWEVER, my experience of ordering a simple poach egg on toast for breakfast was extremely poor. I waited over twenty minutes for two poach eggs with the yolks very nearly hard on one very small piece of toast. I was the only person in the cafe when I ordered and no one came in for table service until at least 15 mins after me. There were three members of staff in the restaurant and I find it strange that the poach egg wasn't steaming and perfectly runny when it came out to me but even more disappointing is that I asked for...
