Paulaner in The Squaire

One night in Frankfurt on the way home, everything authentic is too far away. This place was very decent. Not expensive good service and large portions.

Visited this restaurant after reading reviews. We were staying at a hotel near the airport and wanted one, last German meal before flying back the next day....

Great German food in a cafe at the airport. Probably the best meal I have ever had in an airport. And of course the beer was outstanding. Nice to not have to drive. I had 3.

Das Ambiente ist nett. Man kann auch im "Aussenbereich" sitzen.Der Service war sehr nett.Der "Flammkuchen" (nennt sich sich hier Wirtshausfladen) war okay, die Käsespätzle ziemlich geschmacksneutral.Bier erwartungsgemäß gut.Wir waren etwas enttäuscht.

ich hatte bisher 3 mal dort gegessen und werde dies nicht mehr wiederholen. Das letzte Mal hatte ich ein Bayern Pfännchen, alles hat in Fett geschwommen! Davor hatte ich mal einen Obazda mit Brezel, der Obazda war nicht gut angemacht, die Brezel zu alt.

As I stated in another review, restaurant prices in the hotel we were located were extortionate, and we walked over to the Railroad Station. This place was exceptionally good, Even though on the main concourse of a mall in the railroad station itself, we were able to get an excellent meal, with excellent beer and excellent service, for under $50.

A minute from the trains and 5 min from the airport terminal:The menu is based on endless combinations of sausages which I don't eat, but the schnitzel was great (with sauce on the side, finally someone in Germany don't drown your meat with creamy fat sauce) and the flat breads are fun. Even the mix salad is as descent. Nice alcohol and great service.

We had just arrived in Germany and decided dinner at this restaurant would be a good first meal. It was fine. They have a good selection of traditional German dishes and everything we ordered was good. Be aware that the portion sizes are huge. If you are staying at one of the airport hotels, this is a fine choice but I don't think I would go out of my way to dine here.

Really enjoyed this lunch. Everyone at the table, a dutchman, a french woman, a German, a coupple of Yankees and a Brit all reported to have a great meal. I had a nice grilled chicken breast and a great salad. Two folks had big salads and reported they were good. The German had the white sausage and report they were good. Two folks had the flat bread pizzas and were raving about them.This is a great place, hit it up.
